Emailed customer service Hoover not charging sent in ordered number then they asked for invoice number they then wanted copy of invoice when I sent copy they stopped answering several emails so finally I had to speak to amazon who dealt with matter my friend purchased same fieety Hoover both same problem

I purchased a Fieety Ultra 8 cordless vacuum cleaner from Amazon in December 2024. For the first 6 months, it worked as it should be, picking up particles and dust effectively. Then the problems started:
(1) the plastic tube where the dust travels from the floor head to the collection box cracked. This reduced the efficiency where dust escaped from the creaked plastic tube.
(2) the battery performance degraded significantly - the vacuum clearer stopped after 20 mins of use with 50% charge remaining displayed.

I contacted Fieety and eventually got a battery replacement under warranty. Unfortunately, the replacement battery stopped charging at all in January 2026, i.e. it lasted just 6 months. I emailed Fieety again to buy another replacement battery as the warranty had expired. I have not received any reply from Fieety.

It appeared Fieety has serious product quality/design issues (battery & plastic tube) after a few months of use.

Fieety is cheaper than other brands. Their vacuum clearers look good and work well. I expect it to last more than a few months of use. In my experience, it is a false economy to buy a lower cost cordless vacuum cleaner if the battery only works for a few months.

I bought the vacuum cleaner from Amazon. After a year my battery stopped charging. I contacted the brand twice through their own website and received no reply. They are too expensive to have a customer service this bad. I still have warranty and no way of contacting the company as they are not repling to their own message system. DO NOT BUY!

Purchased Fieety Elite 9 from Amazon. Six months later its ready for the junk pile. The plastic suction tubing in the powered floor sweep component disintegrated after daily use (kitchen and hall ways). Ergonomically it is a nice design. In practicality and reliability it is junk.

Vacuum cleaner that has almost no autonomy, that is to say a maximum of 4 minutes and what's more, the stupid engineers couldn't find anything better than to put the tank drain opening in front of the manual outlet of this device, which means that you regularly pour the mess onto your floor!!!

Looked good, cleaned well but after one month battery won’t charge so it’s useles. Tried several times read fault finding, tried to buy replacement battery all to no avail

Kept trying to use contact page but no response from company. Appears its a scammy company. Always a warning when reviews are 1 and 5 as obviously the 5s are bought reviews. DO NOT BUY 9

The vacuum cleaner is, at best ok, but when I had trouble getting dirt to suck u and not drop back out I contacted customer services who told me to try various things. None worked and when I replied to them with this fact they just ignored me, I managed to free the vacuum cleaner but my own methods. I would NOT recommend this product and the customer service is bot worthy a star

bought off amazon worked for a few months then stopped , wont charge and when it worked it was crap

I had an LG stick vacuum that I pad too much for and this better by a long shot, had it for about 3 months now and it works better than anything I’ve bought before.

Product seems well made, clips together easily. Easy to clean, seems powerful enough, used twice, easy to charge.
Suction power good on max. Has mid and eco settings, height adjustable, tube slides in and out, with many positions, to make hoovering a more pleasant experience.

Also one button click to empty the 1.5 litre chamber. Well pleased with the product.

Measuring charging time as I use the vacuum, perhaps the option of a spare, second battery would be a good option.

The hoover is absolutely crap, suction is useless, I’ve hoovered my bedroom and it looks like I haven’t touched it, if you put on full power it last less than a minute, even though it says 20mins. Would not buy again, have emailed the company but no response in two weeks

Purchased from Amazon, stopped working after 4 months support not answering emails very disappointed with product and support

Fieety V7 cordless vacuum cleaner.
Excellent product and service via Amazon.
Works as it should first ime is used it, upping the suction power is a real bennifit when cleaning carpets and not having to constantly hold the power button is great.
