They FAILED 3 of my accounts for the reason I am using 7 device. THIS DOESNT MAKE SENSE!!
They FAILED 3 of my accounts (Funded- $120K, $120K, Challenge $60K) and the reason they gave was that i was using 7 device to trade.
Account Number: 5053738, 5053400, 5053401.
This doesn't make any sense to me because i only use 1 device to trade (iPhone), the max is i will also sometimes login to my other device (Samsung Note 9) and leave the screen on just to monitor the trade progress. Previously when they first said I was using 7 device to trade, i requested them to investigate and they asked me to send them my MT5 log files. Obviously i do not know how to retrieve this data so i emailed back and ask them how to I obtain it. Not only they didnt reply me on that question, but 1 month later when i continue to trade on my account, and requested payout. They immediately failed my account, saying I did not send them the MT5 log file for them to investigate. I think they are intentionally denying my payout as my accounts were owed approx $2K+ and $8K+ in total payouts for both of my $120K funded account. Worst part is, this is the second time i am requesting for payout and I havent even got back my accounts refund as this is a relatively new account (3 months old). I OPENLY CHALLENGE FIDELCREST AND LET THEM INVESTIGATE MY ACCOUNT BY SENDING THEM ALL OF MY MT5 LOG FILE, AND IF THEY STILL CHOOSE TO LET MY ACCOUNT REMAIN AS FAILED, CLEARLY THEY ARE JUST FINDING EXCUSES TO DENY OUR PAYOUTS. As i can see in the other reviews, most have the same issue with Fidelcrest. This is utterly disappointed by Fidelcrest. I request for Fidelcrest representative to have a VIDEO CALL with me so that i can clearly show them everything that need to see just to proof my innocense. I am an honest trader, no one has my accounts details except me and no one else executes trades on my account except me. The only thing i can think of is could be because I am using a Trade Copier (Traders Connect). I am not sure how it works but maybe this is the reason why they said i have 7 device. But clearly, i have sent them all my MT5 log files and very obviously it only shows its been traded on 1-2 device OF MY OWN!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS AND GET ME MY ACCOUNT BACK OR I AM GOING TO SPREAD NEGATIVE NEWS ABOUT THIS FIRM.

Everyone praises the backers and no one talks about the service or the excessive increase in the price of the challenges, the cost of the challenges has become too expensive, the daily loss percentage has changed to 2% and the total loss to 3% Practically, by buying any challenge, the possibility of losing it will be high. Severe weakness in account support
I've been working with Fidlecrest for almost over a year now. I've earned over $10,000 from them, but the biggest weakness is the account support. For instance, they claim it takes 3 to 5 business days for your account to be reviewed in phase 3, and then another 2 business days for your profits to be deposited after confirmation.
However, in reality, it takes about 8 to 15 to 20 days for your phase 3 account to be confirmed, and then the same amount of time or more for the funds to be deposited into your account. And during this time, you have to constantly inquire about when the money will be deposited, and they just say they'll inform the relevant team, and it's out of their hands, and the cycle continues.
That's why I no longer open new accounts with Fidlecrest; I'm turning to companies that offer quick payouts. You can verify my claims from members in the Discord group.

needless to say its the best place if your looking to get scam, i bought packages totaling to over $6,000; tried, slipped, fail pass. one they wont take accountability for anything, their online support is nothing more than an online Q/A; their conditions are hard enough to pass but say despite all that you pass phase1 they will give a T/C to sign before you can do phase 2 now this is where they really get you; they load the TC with rules that they can use at their own discretion this gives them the right to fail you with reason so even if you pass they still can fail you. say you do a chargeback to your bank well remember you sign their TC and agree to their cancellation policy chances are they have a legal team ready for this. only thing i can think of is that they stay in business by periodically scamming client throughout whatever means. they most likely saw an opportunity for huge traffic when MFF got shut down and reel in clients with buy1get1 then use what ever means to lower their chance of success. if you look at previous trustpilot messages their target are individuals who spends thousands on challenges. they also spam their trustpilot with fake 5 star reviews so if you happen to find this youre welcome

I bought an account with this firm for 1 million dollar a month ago, They said you cannot use EA but if you want to use some type of automation write to them and answer some questions. I used automation for the first few trades while waiting fo email as I saw it after signing up. They never responded and so I decided to trade manually to avoid issues. I made the 100k trading manually in 25 days and now they failed me saying I used grid trading. There is no human that can do grid trading and make 100k in 25 days. And robots and EAs do not work on those strict requirements. I saw a Youtube review where they did that to someone else. They want traders who repeatedly fail so they can benefit from the challenge fees. Stay away. Don't waste your time. They even removed their one million dollar challenge today and raised their prices! I even chose the add-on to redo the challenge if I fail and they still do not allow me. So all the add-ons are just a way to get more money out of you!

unfortunate loss of money and time

I had my challenge with them and passed the 2 phases and when i reached to the funded phase i did my trades and even tho they changed some of their rules i followed it ( stop loss, forbidden time 2 mins before and after news...etc) i had a 10 dyas great full wins and i was entitled for over 10 k payout plus my refund so it was submitted on 28/12/2023...and on 12/1/2024 they sent me i failed due to prohibited strategy ( EA bot) which i never used in my life i told them give me a proof of that as well i sent them all my journals from MT5 as they requested but unfortunately they just ghosted away as they are using someone called William from a company called (proprietary technologies) they claim he is the head of risk management and he never replies on any emails or any thing and the customer service are useless coz they will always say he will reply soon
any way i never recommend anyone joining them even tho i used to recommend them... i am really sorry to anyone who joined them
and i dare them now to reply i have all the evidence with me if they are really legit and they look out for their customers proof that i used EA which i never used one in my life
