Drop shipped stickers from China. One pack was very poor quality low resolution prints where you can see the pixels easily, the other had stickers that didn't match the set (a sticker of Leo Tolstoy in the cyberpunk sticker pack?) and some looked like AI slop
Don't even waste your time/money on this. I've ordered 3-4 packages from them on the 7th of February under the guise it would be delivered apparently they meant that's the time it'll take to be shipped. They stated it would arrive between 7-15 days. It's already passed that and the package is apparently being pushed all around China, with an expected delivery time between April 11-May 07. As much as a headache I know it's going to be I may as well try to get a refund since these packages aren't coming for months.
My first time ordering from here because I heard such great things about this company but I must say I'm really disappointed. I ordered sailormoon stickers and never recieved it. It says it was shipped and delivered but I never got it. Then I wrote 3 emails to the company and never got any response when they claim that they respond within 24hrs. Again definitely disappointed
This company has one of the best customer service experiences I've ever come across. I accidentally put in the wrong address and emailed them about it. They immediately had it fixed for me ASAP and handled the whole thing very smoothly. I've received my stickers and I absolutely love the quality. Good job! 5 stars! Good customer service really goes a long way.
After enduring a seemingly endless volley of futile correspondence with this company, I am convinced to never order from here again. At the time of writing this, I have already requested a refund three times to avoid dealing with this issue of an order upon which I was told that they would resolve it and if anything else happens I would be eligible for one.
My small order of two sticker sets was shipped on the 25th of June. I noticed roughly two weeks later that the tracking said the item had returned to sender.
After no correspondence from the company, I enquired myself upon which I was told the item should be arriving as usual. After a week and numerous emails back and forth it turned out the order did indeed fail.
After two weeks they say they reprocess my order, telling my they have sent confirmation emails even though I received none. I was also given the wrong tracking link.
I have since been given a new tracking link, with no updates for 3 weeks. This whole ordeal has taken nearly 2 whole months at this point, and at this point I would much rather have my money returned, not buy the stickers and save myself the headache.
At this point, I could have bought my items from AliExpress for a fraction of the cost and even with their long shipping times it would have arrived (much) sooner.
Would not use again, regardless of the outcome of this situation.
