I travelled from London to Lithuania to have surgery with Dr. Vygintas Kaikaris after being shown impressive before-and-after photos during my consultation. Based on what I was shown and told, I believed I would achieve similar results, which is why I decided to go ahead with the procedure.

The surgery and travel cost me around £5,000, and I went through weeks of recovery. I was told to wait six months before judging the final outcome. It has now been almost six months, and I can honestly say I am extremely disappointed.

The results are very minimal and nowhere near what I expected or what I was shown before the surgery. My double chin, which was the main reason I had the procedure, is still there. If I had known the outcome would be like this, I would never have gone through the surgery or spent the money.

I feel like I was sold a dream that simply wasn’t delivered. I understand that every patient heals differently, but the difference between the expectations that were set and the reality of my results is significant.

This has been a very upsetting experience, and I genuinely regret having the procedure. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Vygintas Kaikaris or this clinic. I hope future patients carefully consider all their options before making such a significant financial and personal commitment.

My second time having surgery at Fi Clinica and just like my first experience 10/10. Warm welcoming and highly professional staff really aim too make sure you are looked after from the second you walk in thanks too everyone at Fi Clinica yous are amazing especially Dr Inga for her fantastic work and warm understanding towards my journey she has made me the happiest woman ❤️

Clear and consistent communication from the clinic from the offset. The process was seamless and transparent.

Dr Raminta has a nice caring nature which makes you feel at ease. She explains everything to you, including possible complications, she manages your expectations and gave me the exact results I wanted.

Hospital stay was great and the nurses really helpful and nice.

Im 2 weeks post surgery and back home and have been providing pics and updates to the Dr which she has responded to.

I recently had surgery at FI Clinica and my experience from start to finish was excellent. The clinic itself is modern, beautiful and exceptionally clean, which immediately put me at ease. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process.

My surgeon, Dr Dalius Klimas, was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt well looked after and confident in the care I was receiving. My surgery went smoothly and I am very happy with the experience and the results so far.

Travelling abroad for surgery can feel daunting, but FI Clinica made the whole process straightforward and stress free. I genuinely cannot fault the care I received and would highly recommend the clinic to anyone considering treatment. I would not hesitate to return in the future and am already considering revisiting for some more work!

I came to Lithuania in may for MMO with Justinas Grays, i can’t recommend the clinic enough from the first time i got in touch and whenever i had a question up until my surgery day the response was always quick and efficient.. The staff at the clinic was amazing nothing was ever too much always checking on i was ok, the clinic was spotless very clean and hygienic ..

My surgeon was fantastic from my online consultation with him on teams he made me feel comfortable and at ease.. then when i met him at the clinic hes was absolutely lovely and i just got the feeling straight away that i picked the right surgeon for me, his work is outstanding with such care and my recovery and results have been great …

I had upper eyelid surgery at Fi Clinica with Raminta and am very happy with the results. Raminta was professional, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Fi Clinica.

Warning to anyone considering Fi Clinica for follow-up care: do not trust surgeons Justinas Grašys and Vygintas Kaikaris if you have a serious problem and need real help. My experience was that they were rude, dismissive, unprepared, and showed no real interest in resolving the issue. Staff communication was chaotic, nobody seemed to know what was going on, and when things went wrong there was no real responsibility taken. Think very carefully before choosing this clinic if you expect proper support after surgery.

It was a great experience. Very professional and I always felt I got the best care. All the staff were friendly and helpful and U was well looked after. But the best was my Surgeon Dr. RAMaminta. A truely gifted, compassionate and empathetic Doctor who truely cares. I highly recommend Ficlinica

My 5th visit to Fi Clinica and the wonderful Dr Justinas Grasys..my 1st surgery was March 2022 for 360 fdl, 2nd surgery January 2023 for arm and breast lift, October 2023 for thigh lift, October 2024 for little revision to my thigh lift and some liposuction, and May 2026 for breast implant surgery. I cant recommend Justinas enough, he is the most loveliest man and very honest with what he can achieve , I felt so comfortable with him from the 1st day i met him.. the nurses are also lovely, i cant fault anything with the clinic at all 10/10 for me 😀

I had breast augmentation with dr. Raminta I am so glad I went with this surgeon. She made me feel so comfortable , she was kind knowledgable and she is a perfectionist in her work. I knew I was in great hands. I’m so happy with my result , thank you raminta, and all the lovely nurses who looked after me during my stay, everything went so smooth and everyone made sure I was comfortable and even fed well with lovely food. I recently went to Fi Clinica for a breast lift with an implant. My surgeon was Vygintas Kaikaris. He was absolutely wonderful. Very straight talking and gives reasonable expectations. He will do what is best for you and your body type. Couldn’t be happier with my results already and I’m not even two weeks post op yet. The scars are beautifully neat and I’m hoping that they will continue to heal well and eventually be hardly noticeable. Every nurse I came across was wonderful and helpful also. The food in the hospital when you stay is some of the nicest food I’ve had. Would definitely come back if I wanted any other tweks done in the future.

I’m 2 weeks post op - I had breast uplift with implants with surgeon Raminta, I also had a hernia repair with Žilvinas.
I ended up staying in hospital an extra 6 days, and had an to have an extra surgery on my hernia due to fluid build up and I picked up an infection but they was very quick at picking this up. They didn’t let me go until I was feeling better and my infection markers were low enough for me to come off IV.
I felt very safe in their hands.
I absolutely love my new boobs I can’t wait too see the finished result once they’re healed! I’m excited to return for my tummy tuck in the near future 🥰

Fi Clinica has been beyond wonderful. I’m still in recovery, so my experience is fresh in my mind. I can say, without any doubt, that this clinic is beyond professional while still offering many personal touches and genuine kindness. There isn’t a trace of coldness to be found {besides the weather 😉}.

My surgeon, Dr. Raminta, has been so kind, personable, and a downright artist. I have anxiety and, to be honest, I’m a huge baby when it comes to pain and discomfort. The staff went above and beyond to educate me, address every concern, and make me feel comfortable throughout the process. I even met another surgeon {when I had a slight issue out of hours} on staff who was incredibly generous with her time.

This clinic is a team. To add to that, the nurses are phenomenal as they truly add the finishing touches to the entire establishment. The check-in staff is lovely and clear when one is anxiously trying to remember dates and times.

I had an extended tummy tuck, muscle repair, and lipo. If you are considering surgery, I highly recommend FI Clinica. You are truly in good hands. Well worth the trip from Belgium.
