FH55 Rome - From arriving at this hotel the customer reception desk was very poor. 1st day my wife used their hair drier and it nearly caught fire, smoked poured out and got extremely hot.I went straight to reception to complain and the guy just shrugged his shoulders. He picked up the hair dryer which burned his fingers. He just got another and did not offer any customer support service. I vocally advised this could have electrocuted my wife or had a fire in the room but nothing ? I had to leave the desk as otherwise my frustrations could have left myself in a position to regret.After long days sight seeing every day I had to keep going to reception for a room key to get into the room after getting to our room on the 6th floor ? On a couple of times house keeping took the key out in the A/C and had to again go to a very unhelpful reception desk.Advised to use the phone in the room and call house keeping ?Outside temperature that week was in the 32-35F so extremely hot days.Who said the customers service is key and always right,very, very poor service and would advise to avoid this hotel.They need to work on customer service as reception and house keeping was the worst we have ever experienced and we travel 4-5 times around Europe every year…..?

Advertising includes air conditioning and it was turned OFF! We were told by the mgr that the GOVERNMENT decides when to turn it off (not true we found out). Our room was hot and opening the window WOULD have been a feasible option IF we weren’t inundated with mosquitoes! I had at least a dozen bites. We did not have one night’s uninterrupted sleep. They gave us a table fan which was of little help. Why are we paying for amenities that didn’t exist?. Staff did their best (they were very good 4-5 stars), but mgr was unsympathetic and chilly.
This is a beautiful location with nice rooms, great staff, but our stay was completely ruined.

Really loved to stay in Grand Hotel Palatino (FH55). Nice hotelroom, great service and close to everything in Rome. The weather was just too extreme hot, but it was a great vacation. Cheers from Copenhagen :-)
Nice and friendly staff
Nice and friendly staff. Appropriate conference rooms (although some socket are not functioning).
Room keys are also an issue in some rooms, and the walls a bit thin, so you can hear a lot of the things going on in the neighbouring rooms.
Breakfast is nice, but there should be more options provided (e.g. warm milk, more variety of cheese, different meat products).

First stay in Florence at the FH55!
This was my first time at the FH55 Grand Mediterraneo Hotel. The staff were friendly and the hotel is very well located. I would return in the blink of an eye!
Nice placeto stay when in Rome
a very nice place. thew staff was more than willing to help us out. They even kept the lounge open an extra hour for our group.
Notre séjour à Villa Fiesole
l'hôtel est bien situé avec belle vue, mais l'airco ne fonctionne pas bien, la carte de menu est trop limitée si on reste plus que 5jours. terrasse de notre chambre prestige n'était pas mise en valeur. Mais ces points négatifs ont été largement compensés par la gentilesse du personnel, avec un grand merci à Carlo et Adriano du service restaurant.

Piccola la sala della colazione, buffet non molto generoso ma il personale molto cordiale rende piacevole il soggiorno ed il risveglio.

Bon séjour dans un hôtel confortable. La réception est au top et le service du petit déjeuner et du diner également.
Manque une étoile du fait que la piscine était hors service et que nous n'en avons pas été prévenu préalablement. Mais la remise en route d'un hôtel après le confinement COVID 19 explique cela.

Staff cortese, disponibile e cordiale.
Sono arrivato in hotel ed ho trovato forse 10:12 camere occupate sull'intera struttura.
A questo punto, ecco le mie considerazioni:
1. Concedere l'upgrade automatico dalla camera standard alla camera deluxe; con così pochi ospiti, la gestione delle camere costa uguale, ma l'upgrade crea una sensazione di piacevole sorpresa da parte del cliente;
2. Frigobar e Bottigliette d'acqua: il frigobar era completamente sguarnito, pazienza. Graditissime le bottigliette d'acqua vicino al bollitore; tuttavia sarebbero dovute essere ripristinate il 2°giorno.
3. Non è chiaro - se non per una questione di coperti - perchè la domenica mattina fosse aperta la sala colazione mentre lunedì ci si sia dovuti arrangiare con la scatola di cartone, alla quale mancavano completamente tè, caffè e affini.

Es war alles ganz toll vor allem auch frau Laura an der Reception. Nicht gut war das einfache Paket mit dem Frühstück. In anderen Hotels konnte man trotz Corona mit Abstand frühstücken.

Ambiente estremamente cordiale, dalla reception alla sala ristorante al garage. Camera ordinata e pulita. E' il nostro secondo soggiorno presso questa struttura grazie alla loro certificazione AIC (intolleranze alimentari). Ci ritorneremo con estremo piacere. Consigliato.
