I ordered a pair of boots which after four weeks they arrived.They are absolutely a crock of dung.Nothing like the picture and if they are leather as stated I really don’t know what hide they are from.There was mould growing under the flap and the only thing they are fit for is the dustbin.I have asked for a return label and a refund on numerous occasions but as expected no reply.Do not buy from this company,you won’t even “get what you pay for”as they say! What a con.

if i could rate them 0 stars i would. i bought from them, got their automated email message. understood, waited up all night at the time to see if i would get it. no code. i messaged them, they gave me the runaround for 2 weeks. i asked for a refund and they said they'd give me one, and i never received it and i most definitely did not receive my code either. do not buy from them unless you like being scammed.

i saw other reviews about their system being down, what i really think is they got in deep trouble (like stealing credit cards to buy products to sell on their website) and they can no longer do that and now they're trying to scam people out of their money to do some grand escape lol

update: they stopped responding to my emails about a refund and i just don't care anymore lmfao. do not purchase from this company unless you like losing money

Update: I got granted a refund, that i received a few days after.

Used to purchase from them rather often, would receive the codes from them just fine after a few hours to a day.

But for some reason since a month or so ago, every purchase will not be completed, you will be charged and won't receive anything, i've purchased something weeks ago and only received the usual excuse of their system being down.

Not sure what the issue could be but i'd refrain from making any sort of purchase for the time being.

Myself, i'll wait a week more and if nothing happens i'll just contact my bank and do a chargeback, sucks that i have to go that far for something i've never had issues with but i can't just let them run off without receiving not even a single item i purchased.

1 week I didnt get my code every day or two they say they are working on their system, i asked for refund 7 days later what did they do? they said ok and instead of refunding they charged me for the exact same amount lol I tried talking to their customer service all i got is bull**** and saying we've refunded you but clearly i got scammed i got double charged and no mount, i think they are doing some kind of escape scam please beware they are not trusted like before i tried talking to their live chat and asked for manager instead the operator hung up on me lol

I ordered a Lunar Whale Mount here, I thought they are kind of reliable since they even have a notification that they have an issue because of the hurricane but after that they said that they are fixing their system, days later I've been waiting for almost a week now and still they keep saying that they are fixing their system, DONT BUY ON THEM or you will just lose money

I have placed an order 2 days ago, I have emailed customer service multiple times, first they said it would take a little bit longer, in the latest email they claimed that due to website maintenance the delivery could take another 1 to 2 days, this is incredibly unfair seen as per their policy (Quote from an email they send you as soon as you place an order)

So according to them for the next 2 days I have to be on the edge of my seat waiting for a damn email that I have to get to before the code suddenly deactivates (probably they sell it to someone else).

Do not buy from them, completely unrealiable. And their Chat system doesn't work, messages do not get sent and you have no way of knowing if somebody is working on your issue.

Surprised I am the first person reviewing them even though i've been using them for years now. This site is reliable for getting you codes BUT you may have to wait several hours to over a day easily. I've bought several times from them. Last order I bought I didn't use the keys within 6hrs and thought I could save them for later. I tried to use them 3 months later and they were invalid, I asked support about it but they said its been too long. My guess is they sell the keys again to someone else if you don't use them. So if you buy from them, use the keys pronto. I would and still recommend them to my friends over any other item seller for FF14 mogstore codes.
