Good review only
Initially I didn't trust this process because I didn't receive any link to track my product. It mentioned that my order will be delivered by 30Jan2026. I was worried and thought that I have been scammed 😭. But within two days, it moved into next stage very quickly. I didn't expect. I received my parcel by 13/Jan/2026. And it packed very neatly. No words. Actually I thought to take video for unpacking. But no need of it. Really thanks for your work. Fetch N buy
Thank you,

Good service and communication
Overall a great experience. Delivery took around a week and a half, which was expected. Initially, after placing the order I only received a payment confirmation and no order confirmation, but once I contacted the support team they were very kind and helpful and promptly provided me with a tracking number, as well as kept me updated on the order status. Really appreciated their communication and support.

Unprofessional and Unacceptable Service
After ten days of waiting, my order was abruptly cancelled and I wasn’t given any explanation. Fetch N Buy didn’t bother to inform me properly or offer any alternative solution. Very disappointing service.
I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Good
My order didn't arrive so they sent another one, which arrived in good time. Then the first one turned up 3 months later, which they let me keep and didn't charge for. Products seem legit, and certainly working
