Good quality, unresponsive help center
The clothes that I ordered were good quality but did not fit, followed the instructions on the website to ask for an exchange or return twice and was never contacted back. Now it is past the 14 days and I am stuck with an outfit that does not fit and i am very close to the event I wanted it for, which is a shame because what I ordered was very good quality and the reflective pattern worked perfectly. I will not be purchasing from here again, unless someone contacts me after this review

I recently ordered an item for a fancy…
I recently ordered an item for a fancy dress party. The same day I ordered I realised I'd double booked and couldn't attent the party. I reached out in the hopes I could cancel my order and the customer service I received was fantastic. Fast replies and the order has been cancelled and refunded. While I can't speak for the quality or delivery time I will be happy to order here again purely down to the customer service I've received.
