for the price, i expected way more...the bracelet i ordered looked like something you would get out of a quarter machine...the diamonds were TINY. very upset, this was a gift so when the recipient opened the box it was very embarrassing. save your money and go somewhere else for gifts
I received good customer service from ferkos regarding completing a repair for a missing stone in my eternity band purchased from them. They provided a reasonable fee for the repair and was done within two weeks. Overall my experience with ferkos has been pleasant, the quality is very good for their prices. Will continue to buy from them in the future.
Regret purchasing from here. The quality and customer service are not worth it. I deeply regret my purchase from Ferkos Fine Jewelry. You can find much better craftsmanship and more substantial gold weight elsewhere for this price point. Before purchasing, I emailed to ask if exchanges were free (knowing I was between sizes). I was told "exchanges are free." This is a bait-and-switch. I had to pay to ship the original back, and then they charged me another shipping fee to send the exchange. When I challenged this based on the email they sent me, they hid behind "website policy" and told me if I didn't pay the extra fee, they would ship my $700 ring without insurance—essentially holding my purchase hostage unless I paid their hidden fees. Save your money. Between the flimsy jewelry and the rigid, misleading customer service, this shop is not worth the headache. There are plenty of other jewelers.

Over the years I have purchased Huggies, a wedding band, necklaces and numerous rings - never been disappointed once! Not only is the quality of the diamonds and craftsmanship top notch, but their customer service is incredible.

I’ve had a great experience with Ferkos Fine Jewelry. The pieces are exactly as described, dainty, well-made, and perfect for everyday wear. Customer service was helpful and responsive, and everything arrived nicely packaged. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
I purchased a necklace in February. It broke in April after only 8–10 light wears. When I looked closely, I saw the clasp was improperly assembled—the jump ring was never soldered shut, so it came apart easily.
I contacted the seller, expecting a professional response. Instead, I was told I had to pay both ways to have it repaired—even though the breakage was clearly due to poor workmanship. Their return policy only mentions standard return shipping fees and doesn’t address manufacturing defects. I shared photos and even cited consumer protection law, but they wouldn’t budge.
Most fine jewelry retailers offer warranties or guarantees—Ferko Usta does not. Their approach was dismissive, unprofessional, and not aligned with industry best practices. I eventually paid to get the necklace returned, but I left this exchange feeling frustrated and ignored.
Disappointed, especially for a small business that presents as high-end.
Awful costumer service. I ordered a wedding band and paid for an overnight shipping. I paid $42 dollar for it and then they proceeded to send the package on a regular time. They literally kept the money and sent on the cheapest way they could. Returning the ring
Junk. Ugliest jewelry I have ever seen, totally misrepresented on the site. Horrible customer service. Ferkos wouldn’t let me return the items and when I tried to sell them, local jewelers laughed at how hideous the products were.
