Just had a brand new front door fitted by Johnnie from Fenster Glazing and we couldn't be happier with the fit & finish and the quality of the product now in place ..Everything was fully explained whilst the installation took place so that we were happy with what was being discussed..Johnnie is a meticulous installer and goes the extra mile for perfection and the whole process was so stress free .. We used Fenster to install all of our windows in a new build property that we built in 2013. In the intervening 13 years we have had a few occasions when we have needed them to return to site and deal with various maintenance issues which they have always done with the utmost professionalism.

The job was well done and the colour matching to my original paint outside was perfect. Workperson was chatty and friendly. Was an expensive job but necessary and quality was good. Many thanks! Pam

Really happy with the process and product. The office staff take the time to go through the design process and answer any questions. The surveyor was brilliant and offered options to reroute the existing bell cables without invalidating the door warranty, very knowledgable surveyor. The installation fitter was equally knowledgable and very professional, the fit and finish is top quality; exceptional. All round very impressed with the Fenster people, process, quality and product.

Both Aaron and Shane came to fit my new doors. They were so friendly and respectful - good energy they hold and it was a pleasure to have them do this work. They did a fantastic job with the doors. Very pleased and again, such great service

You will not get better service than Fenster, whilst I did have more than my fair share of issues on both bi-fold doors that took a while to resolve, for me its how you deal with those issues (install July 25, final snag sorted August 26), they did resolve them. They not only dealt with the suppliers but also the manufactures - who were unable to resolve the issue, just through pure determination did they find a solution internally (Andy manage to resolve it). You will not get this service from any other Bi-fold company. When other companies would have walked away Fenster did not, this is what is important not just the price but how issues (that can and often do arise with building works) are dealt with and resolved and this can not be faulted with Fenster. You can see why so many customers leave 5 star reviews.

I had an excellent experience with Fenster Glazing from start to finish. Nick Perry and David managed the initial quote to installation process seamlessly, keeping communication clear, honest, and completely stress-free. When it came to the actual fitting, Zac and Shane did a fantastic job with the installation, working efficiently and leaving everything spotless. The professionalism from the entire team was top-notch, and the final result looks brilliant. I highly recommend them.

Fester Glazing worked with me to find a solution for my needs. They have a real “can do” attitude both in addressing the issues and when their fitters attended to fit the glazing. And they were really nice people!

Very glad I chose Fenster glazing to replace all the back windows in the house. An 1890's victorian terrace with old original sash windows. The initial consult was smooth and really not full of pushy sales talk at all, which was a positive experience in my book. The work was arranged and completed in good time and we are perfectly happy with the work and quality. Friendly staff at all times, and have always been helpful and responded promptly to any queries.

We got BiFold doors installed by Fenster Glazing and the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. We went unannounced to the show room, had a chat with Nick who talked us through the process. He then came out to do a measurement and gave us a quote which we believe is very reasonable. A few weeks later and the installing team arrived. They were both very efficient and careful. Old French doors out and the new Bifold installed in no time at all. Very tidy too ensuring to keep the dust to a minimum. I would definitely recommend Fenster Glazing to everyone. I have already to our neighbours. They will be our first point of call should we want to upgrade anything in the future.

From the order to the delivery and installation all was absolutely very professional well timed and very efficient installation! Extremely happy with the quality of the bifolding doors!

What fantastic service from Fenster Glazing!

Like anything that's used every day, wear and tear is inevitable. Our front door had developed a strange knocking noise whenever it was opened, so I called their office to explain the issue.

Within a few days, an engineer came out, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it in minutes. It turned out to be nothing more than a loose screw on one of the hinges.

In the current climate, value for money is important, but great customer service is just as valuable. I honestly can't fault this company. They fitted all the windows and doors throughout my house, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their products or their aftercare.

We had Fenster Glazing come and replace our double glazing with integral blinds... From start to finish the service was professional. Nick came out to measure up and provide the quote, then Zac and Shane came to replace our glass with the new integral blinds. They were both polite, professional and worked very hard. The integral blinds look amazing and have made a real difference over the hot weather!!!

Zac and Shane worked hard for 2 days installing 10 windows and a front door. Kept me informed each step of the installation. Extremely polite and left my house clean & tidy. The product looks great. Everything as promised.
