I've never had issues with this store. All my orders have been shipped same day, customer service has been responsive, and my items arrived as described. I also appreciate they have a points system so I can receive discounts on my order.
We bought Erbe Solingen 7-Piece Manicure Set, Water Buffalo Leather Zip Case, for the modest amount of 154.35 USD. The order number is 135197FENUS. This is a totally unusable piece of junk probably manufactured in China, which has absolutely no connection with Solingen. Total waste of money. There is no way to return it as we have opened the case. Stay away from this site.

Juliana advised and then sold me 2 mid-cost shaving brushes 5 years ago. It’s still a joy to shave with them. I think they are a class outfit, and I trust them.i’d not go anywhere else for my shaving requirements.
I recieved my online order very quickly from Fendrihan's Canada. The prices are good, the selection is awesome and the shipping fast. I will buy more from them.
This company has no regard for customer service. They knowingly make a mistake and refuse to rectify the issue without putting you out of your way and money.
Don’t buy from them unless you are willing to lose your money and time if they make any errors in your order.
Do not buy from this company. I ordered an item and it arrived damaged. They offered a return, but would not refund the shipping fee. The company could not offer me a timely replacement either (I was told I would have to wait 6 weeks until the item was back in stock). The wait for a replacement item is unacceptable and therefore a full refund, along with shipping, should have been offered. I will not shop here again, buyers beware.
These people sold me a 100 dollar stone for 205 dollars. Then proceeded to play dumb to it patronizing me. These people are borderline crooks.
I was trying to complete a purchase on Fendrihan web site (item OSM 480299). At check out, got a pop up if I add another purchase for $17 or more, will get free shipping. So I increased my purchase by another bottle of this oil, and had 2 in shopping cart. It gave me an error message, that not allowed to complete the purchase. I emailed the customer service for help, and even called the toll free number several times, left voice mails, NO RESPONSE.
Imagine if something has gone awry with an order, with this sort of customer service,and lack of response YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. I do not think there is anything on Fendrihan site that I can not purchase from another web seller.
I don't like writing reviews but this company has been so exceptional that I feel obligated to let others know.
I have ordered 3 times from them and the speed and accuracy of their response is the best I have seen.
I have up until now used a US company for all my shaving needs. This is my play area, instead of new cars, I enjoy DE razors and their accessories. Fendrihan have been fantastic in not only their prompt responses electronically but as well when discussing their products on the phone.
The ultimate test was when I ordered a razor and found it to be unsatisfactory to my skin type. I fully accepted that I was responsible, it was too aggressive for my skin and I should have known that, but it just looked too good.
I did not request a refund and when Julianna found out I was not happy with the razor, she said they would be giving me a credit.
I have dealt with many companies over the years with regards to my shaving hobby. There is no question that this company exceeds even the highest expectations.
I ordered many times from this place with no problem excellent customer service and 📦 and the 🚚 is super fast!!!
I tried to order from this company and for some reason my payment method (debit card) was not accepted. I tried a verified PayPal as well, and that was not accepted. I had success ordering from another company without a problem so I emailed customer service for a resolution. I got no response.
After emailing via their newsletter, which comes often enough, and the website, they sent a curt response that did not address the issue nor provide possible resolutions.
After a back and forth for quite a while, today I received the message, "We are showing that your IP address is on a temporary blacklist. I can not fix this from our end and I don't know what caused it on your end. Maybe try ordering from a different location, I can't say for sure what will fix the issue."
It seems that customer service and selling to customers is not important. I would recommend steering clear of this company.
I've been ordering via Fendrihan's Canadian portal for almost four years and I've never had any reason to regret it. The selection -- razors, blades, brushes, creams, soaps, face scrubs, beard wash -- is mind-blowing, from affordable to extreme high-end. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is clear in everything they do. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped promptly -- I've ordered stuff on a Monday morning and gotten it Tuesday afternoon.
Unless I'm desperate for something Right Now, I've got no reason to look for personal-care products anywhere else.
Superior customer service: questions were responded to within a few hours, and were actually useful; time from order to receipt of order was very fast (and it was shipping to a rural address). High quality items arrived packed carefully.
