Felt Ball Rug Australia Omdömen

Great quality, speedy delivery and the satisfaction of knowing I have helped a community group in Nepal. The colours are fantastic. The kids and I had a great time creating necklaces and bracelets. Thanks.

Another beautiful product. Thank you so much!

The product itself is great. I will give 5 stars to the artisan.

The delivery and customer service are awful. I will give 1 star. That's how it ends up with 3 stars. It took almost a month from my placing the order to receiving the rug. The rug was stuck in the Sydney warehouse with no update of tracking from 24 Dec to 6 Jan. Well I understand the delay might be due to holiday, but the feltball sales team was not responsive at all when I tried to follow up with the tracking, except keeping sending me promotion emails. Who will purchase any product again from a company that hires unreliable courier companies and neglects any enquiries from the clients ? Please not just be attentive to client's needs of purchase but also pay attention when real problems arise.

Great communication. Fast postage. Lovely product. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend.

Very fast postage and very helpful. Love your products :)

My daughter loves her rug.
The only critisism is the colours aren't quite as vibrant as in the picture, but still beautiful.

Overall a really good experience. There was some small issues with availability of colours after my oder was placed through, however I received prompt and friendly communication to make sure I got a product that I was happy with

Amazing hand made product. Brilliant customer service as I was kept up to date with any delay and with all shipping info. Would definitely shop again and recommend.

Great product and so many colour choices. My garland looks awesome!

Very cute and well made Christmas ornaments very happy with my purchase!

The felt pom poms I purchased from Felt Ball Rugs were much higher quality than others I purchased. Our group enjoyed making our Christmas garland and everyone noticed the difference in the products I had brought and the ones they purchased and added to out collection. I will be buying again!

Was delivered in 2 days, amazing! Love the colours of the felt balls, Thank you

I purchased a few items from Felt Ball Rug, including a custom round rug. The quality is excellent and so was the initial communication... i was told early on that there would be a wait of a few weeks because of a national holiday in Nepal, and I needed to add to the order during this wait period. I emailed a few times about paying for this new order separately and having it posted with my original order so I wouldn’t have to pay additional postage. I didn’t receive any replies which I thought was a bit strange.... so what a lovely surprise I received when this new order was posted with my original order for free :) thank you very much, and thank you for the wonderful work you do to support Nepalese artisans. :)

Aside from the fact that the felt balls are first class quality with bright vibrant colours and beautiful autumninal colours, the service was extraordinarily quick, which enabled me to complete mobiles and rugs for Xmas gift.
I had previously bought a small quantity of felt balls from another supplier, but did not use as the colours were dull and the size I chose wasn't consistent.
Would highly recommend Felt Ball Rug Australia

I’m so in love with my rug. Custom made with the colours to match my baby’s nursery. It’s a rug that will grow up with him and be the theme to many room changes. Thanks again Renae

We love our rug for our baby’s nursery! Soft to walk on and for baby to sit on. Adds colour to an otherwise tone of wood!

These felt balls were so beautiful. Really dense and round...

So pleased with my purchases, they will make a lovely mobile and other things a little later The hardest thing was choosing the colours as such a huge range is available. I used the make your own rug area to see what the ones I had chosen looked like together and it worked!

Always excellent service and product. Speedy delivery too! Thank you :-)
