Horrible experience with new products.
I have purchased from Felina for over 15 years.
I recently purchased 2 NEW items that they do not normally sell but purchased them based on past purchasing experience with Felina.
Total of $93.53.
Returned them on time in original packaging.
I was totally disappointed in quality of products. Were of extremely poor quality and totally mis-sized. XLs were actually more small to medium. Material was paper thin and poorly sewed. Horrible quality. Something you would see at a dollar store. Has Felina now partnered with countries that manufacture poor quality items? Appears so.
Was reimbursed a TOTAL of $43.55.
This is almost $50.00 less than what I originally paid for these horrible items.
I have already reviewed the products and this return service online.
I notified Felina immediately and requested to be reimbursed immediately and for them to rectify this situation.
This experience has been horrible.
I have lost total confidence in Felina.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware. I ordered a bra from this company on May 28 and paid $45 using my credit card. It did not fit right so I returned it informing the company that I wanted a refund, not an exchange, and not an "in store credit." They acknowledged they received the return. They repeatedly attempted to get me to exchange for different merchandise which I rejected sticking to my original request for a refund. I received an email from them on June 22nd that said "your order has been refunded." The only problem was that I kept checking my credit card statement and the $45 was NEVER credited. I eventually had to initiate a "dispute" on the charges and my credit card company did credit me the money. This cannot be seen as a true "refund" just a good credit card company at work on behalf of their customers. They can't say you have been refunded without actually giving you your money back!
Felina Chat is Useless
If you want to purchase or exchange, this company responds immediately. I have been on hold with Chat (to discuss my account)
for 15 mins without one reply since the initial “Hi my name is, how can we help”?

Very poor customer service. No any response after sending many emails. No phone can be reached as well.
Felina - fix your web site so that people can return
Ordered a 2 pack of leggings. cut way too small. Attempted to start a return online and I cannot. Site just won't let proceed beyond a certain point in the return process. I've emailed Customer Serv. - no response. I will keep trying but this is the last time I will order from Felina. They need to get their act together

Horrible experience
Ordered leggings on 12/30 and never received an order confirmation. When I called I was given a tracking number, but the tracking information just showed a shipment stuck in transit. I contacted Felina and told them to cancel the order and credit my AMEX card. They told me they would cancel and then the package magically showed up. I rejected the package just like I told them I would, because I have no intention of doing business with a merchant that provides NO customer service, sends endless marketing e-mails, but doesn't send order confirmation or tracking information. If they don't credit back my AMEX I will file a dispute. More people should do the exact same thing.
Runs very small/arbitrary return policy
Really disappointed and dissatisfied. I ordered leggings in the size that fits me in every other circumstance but these are super tight. Ordered in a 2-pack which is "ineligible " for returns. I unfortunately won't be purchasing anything from Felina again.
Oh boy
This company does not state that they ship from overseas, but this is the case. It takes 2-3 weeks to receive an order in the US. Hard to get a hold of customer service and now I have to make a return because they sent me the wrong shirt, after waiting weeks for my items.. I am pregnant and I needed maternity wear in a timely manner. I hope I can get what is needed.
IMPORTANT: ECC already reported - claim through the bank
IMPORTANT: Company registered in Denmark and the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in the Netherlands already have apparently many complaints from different countries about Falinas.
Read the report carefully, they clearly establish that it is illegal to hide in the fine print that by purchasing, you accept a subscription.

Felina has TERRIBLE customer service!
Felina’s items are so-so, BUT their customer service is horrible!!! There is no customer service. I ordered several items in good faith that they would deliver what I ordered. My order was almost $300, and I was short one item. I have tried emailing and chatting every day, multiple times a day on some days, and have yet to receive a response, neither good nor bad. I have heard nothing from them. I am left only with the option to return everything and file a dispute with my credit card. Whatever you do, do NOT order from them. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM FELINA…THEY OFFER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! There is literally no one there. They do not even publish a phone number to call.

Ordered socks which were returned for "improper address" (never received the package and return receipt to the company was confirmed), have reached out 4 times for a refund. Nothing...no response to emails, no phone calls, no refund...for a month. First and last time I've ordered from this company. WATCH OUT. Not so sure this is a legit company.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They have a phone number that no one answers. You can leave a message that no one returns. You can go back and forth with email that only one person answers unprofessionally. If you try and chat online with customer service, it’s the same person that writes the emails. It’s kinda hilarious. I was promised to talk with someone in management to solve my problem, still waiting months later. I think they’re selling bras out of the trunk of a car somewhere. Oh well at least it was about $20 I’ll never see again. But I’ll never buy anything ever again from this company.

No Strength behind it to keep your side smooth under your arm which is what it supposed to do so the extra material just rolls down and makes the Bra uncomfortable .
Frustrating at Best....
This company is legitimate. They lured me in via Instagram ads. I found the website to be frustrating, because most of the products on the larger popular sizes and products were mostly out of stock. In other words... slim pickings. Customer service is awful. There is no human contact. You are dependent on email for communication. My first email was sent August 23rd. I finally received a response September 16th. I am waiting for another response on a return I am trying to make. Their product ran small. Its been at least 10 days, with no email on my return....yet. The product was well made. If only they were fluid with their inventory and customer service.
