I downloaded this app on February 11, 2026. I requested to cancel on Feb 12, 2026. They say they can't find my account. They didn't have any trouble charging me $10.71 a week. It is impossible to cancel. Don't use them. It is cheaper and easier to cancel your own subscriptions. They make your life purpose change from living to spending all your time getting out of the biggest mistake you could make. That of signing up for their service.

I am 81 years old. I am not stupid, computer illiterate, senile, require dumbing down explanations. But that appears to be their target audience. Their marketing is INSULTING!!!!

I simply viewed Feenko and they started charging me. ie they were doing what they advertise they solve. I initially only saw one of the three transactions they made. They then billed me again under another name as Zabava Tech.
Fortunately Amex is challenging them on my behalf.

Found none of my subscriptions. Wanted more money than it could possibly save me. I would say it was a scam.

This is a Scam. They get you to pay for a week £9.99 then when you try and use the service they offer the page lists your subscriptions but does not let you cancel them. Then they ask you to press a continue button which attempts to make your one week purchase into a subscription to them. So what they say they are saving you from, uncancelled subscriptions, they inflict on you. It’s a calculated con. I am going to report it to my bank for a refund.

Nowhere in online adverts or in the app it stated not usuable outside the USA..took a sub to find out after! Payment that it is not usuable in the Netherlands

For a company that advertises as much as these guys do online, I was kinda shocked to experience the scam they threw down. They offered a MONTHLY subscription for $9.99 on their website. My bank sends me verification inquiries on random transactions just as fraud prevention, so imagine my shock when I got the following text:

420 Parker Ave, South Amboy, New Jersey, 08879, United States
