I am also disappointed by Fedye, also called Dress Fashion. They have lovely designs - and you do have to wait 5 weeks for delivery as they state - but you only get a partial refund on anything that isn’t for you. I bought a long sleeve t shirt which is mainly cotton and I am happy with; and also a jumper which looks fine but is made of synthetic fibre and gave me an electric shock because of the static when I tried it on. This despite the webpage for the jumper stating “Money back 30 days guarantee!” and the Return Policy stating “if for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s).” It cost $42.99, did not state what it was made of, they offered me first $18, rising eventually to $30, have asked me to keep it - and PayPal has denied my claim, stating “if an item is materially similar to the seller’s description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described.” Buyer beware all round. I will not buy from them again.

Took over 7 weeks to receive my order and the company ignored all my requests to cancel due to length of time it was taking. When received, the colours were not as per the website and there is no information about what these clothes are made from or how to wash them. I have asked for a refund but do not expect to receive a reply. Would not recommend.

Appalling company. the quality of the clothes is unbelievably poor - i purchased a jumper with what looks in the picture like a pattern knitted in around the collar. It was painted on with white paint which was already flaking off when it arrived. the company have refused my request for a refund and say i would have to pay to return the goods to China. AWFUL - do not buy from them. I tried to leave a review on their website but they removed it!

I wouldn't even give it one star. Absolutely appalling company. PLEASE DO NOT USE, it's a total scam. The clothes I ordered took over a month to arrive. Quite clearly sent from China. The clothes were no good, so I asked to return them. It's been back and forth emails where they are trying to offer me £18 back from a £75 order. They have said it's not worth their time to return as their warehouse is in China!! They don't reply for ages. So please do not trust their 30 day return. Clothes are poor quality.I thought it was a trusted company, but clothes are coming cheap from China and customer service is the poorest I've every experienced. I shall now be taking this to trading standards and Watch dog so other people do no get caught out to. Again, please do no buy from this company.

I've purchased 5 sets from Fedye. Two I absolutely Love, two were refunded for going out of stock before I received them :( and one I didn't love in person so returned. Over all, still think it's a good company with nice products and great prices. The lounge sets I have are soft, comfortable and a good fit.

I ordered a jumper and when it arrived it was made from a different wool to the picture and was very poor quality. The tracking information showed it had been delivered from China and there is no return envelope provided. I wrote a review on their website which has been removed. I have asked for a refund but have yet to hear back from them.

I was very happy with the quality of the sweaters I ordered from Fedye. They are true to size and the colors and craftsmanship arrived just as they appeared on their website. There's about a 2 week wait time to receive my order, but I expected because it is international and they explained the shipping timeframe on their website. I will order again from Fedye.

I have a very unpleasant experience with Feyde, I ordered and paid for three items and to my surprise only two were delivered. Getting my refund was a tortuous and lengthy process and when finally, after many back and forth emails, they credited my account they discounted postage. Postage discount for an item they never shipped.
Believe this is a scam and I hope this review is upload in the page so people know what type of business you are dealing with.

First time i have shopped with Fedye. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service from order to delivery was hassle free. Will certainly shop with them again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product i received. I didnt order as much as i wanted to in the first order as i was unsure about the potential quality but actually both items are good and i will be ordering again. The fact that i didnt look great in the two piece is my fault not theirs!

I am a first time customer. I love the items and the customer service when I needed to make a change in size. The response to my email was within hours. My only concern was the length of time for delivery.

I ordered lounge sets. It took a while which was okay but one of the sets shipped to me was the wrong one. Ugh. The fit was okay maybe a little on the small side and if you have any height at all, I’m 5’7 the pants can be on the short side.
