Lack of customer service

I didn’t really feel all in all acknowledged by the staff. Altogether I counted 6 employees and only 2 of them provided an exceptional experience. I do plan on continuing business but I am disappointed with my experience as the Wynn location was always filled with great encounters compared to the Chinatown location.

i am a longtime customer of feature and i recently had a terrible experience , on top of not being able to cancel a order 30 seconds after i ordered it my package was never received and when i reached out to feature for help i got no answers back i was completely ignored and had to contact my bank to get in touch with them and after finally getting a reply from them the problem was never solved , i am never shopping with them again they are a scam

Will never purchase from them AGAIN

This was my first and last time ever purchasing from them. They will make exchange or return on all items unless them are
- Items marked as final sale.

- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

- Items considered limited or special release.

When I emailed them they stated the item was final sale. I wasn't able to locate nowhere on page where it said FINAL SALE. They sent me a screenshot and it was all the way at the bottom of the product details basically where no one looks at. But the thing is final sale also means when item is on sale this item wasn't on sale either. If it is truly a final sale that should be right next to the price. I didn't even want my money back I just wanted a smaller size. NEVER AGAIN

Fake looking bent up vans

This company sold me shoes that were sized wrong and they looked fake and bent up. I finally got a return label that I have to buy and they only offer a gift card, so I have to buy from them again. I've read other reviews that say you have to keep sending shoes back because they are sized wrong. It stresses me out. Dont but from them.

Shopping experience

The shop is clean and organized well. What makes the shopping experience better are the representatives/employees. They had good energy and were very helpful. Overall they contributed toward the cool vibe of the shop.

Should be a 0. Ordered 3 shirts and was either sent mislabeled sizes or ones that were made wrong from the factory in Vietnam. They are 4" wider than my other ones. I'm told sales are final. I wasn't given the right size so why do I lose out? If China and Vietnam are sending different sizes labeled XL maybe you should contact them. Do not buy from here. Feature, CS, Kiana a CS rep, and quality control are a joke.

I should’ve read the reviews before buying to this site. I got a medium but way too small for me and tried to exchange it to a different size but they said it’s a final sale. I paid $200 for 3 shirts and they won’t let me exchange to a different size. PLEASE PLEASE GUYS! DONT BUY HERE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service if…

Absolutely horrible customer service if you can even call it that!!! Incompetence at its finest. My order has been sitting in order confirmed for 2 weeks, when contacted they sent me a pre generated message from Kai taking no responsibility nor offering a solution. It's a shame I have to even google the company to see if they are legit. I hope I get my order and I will continue to warn others about this horrible company.

This is not a good place to shop I would advise you not to do it! They do not respond to you & they give you the option of fast delivery lies they just take your money & it comes in 10 days they do not return your delivery fees. FYI THEY DESERVE 0 STARS I SAID WHAT I SAID!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE … was going to buy a pair of shoes and noticed the pictures didn’t match the description … chatted with someone named Kai, and this person said buy at your own discretion … but, oh by the way, it’s not returnable … yeah right I’m going to buy from them … save yourself money and headaches and don’t buy here

Buy elsewhere. Feature doesn’t allow ANY returns for a refund, only store credit. If you mistakenly order the wrong size or need to cancel an order after the fact, you’re out of luck if you ordered from Feature.com.

Do not buy from this website. They don’t know how to treat their customers and don’t care about customer service. I had ordered kids sizes and they said I had ordered adult and did not even offer to exchange. I love over 300$. Do your business at cettire or PacSun.

Sent Wring size/Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a size 10 Vans pair of sneakers and was so excited about them. They cost over $70. When I opened them several weeks later I pulled out a tiny pair of Vans…size 3! Why would I have ordered a size 3?!?! I immediately tried to contact customer service to start the return process and had a complete Roach Motel experience. They made it impossible to return them. I then tried to call and could never find a customer support number. That was in the fall. I am a mom and a teacher with very little time to deal with these kind of things so I mistakenly put dealing with this off. Over my spring break once I finally had time to try to talk to someone about this I finally found some numbers (4 I believe). I called all of them and got nothing. I wasn’t even able to leave a message! So, I thought I’d try to email customer support one last time and they FINALLY responded with a “Sorry about your luck but it’s too late” Best advice. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
