Worst shopping experience, promotion code appears to be working until you actually try to check out. What a waste of time. And their stuff is not all made in Italy like it did in the past.

I live in the netherlands and i ordered pants it didn’t fit me so i send it back and till this day i still haven’t got my money back! Months ago!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from here. I bought a hoodie for my granddaughter a full 5 weeks before Christmas. When it did not arrive before Christmas or even the week after I emailed the company. Only then did they say it was shipped and on its way. Then after receiving the product and after it was washed, the lettering started peeling really bad. When I emailed the company they basically said they do not warrant their product if it's been laundered. I guess that means you get to wear it one time and hope for the best.

I purchase sweatpants' with hoodie for a birthday present and the hoodie fits so small you can see my husband belly and the sweatpants fit so big that it looks like he was going to fly so i send it back and its been a month and i email them and no answer and phone number does not exist , don't buy from these people they are a fraud , they stole my money .

Over priced for basic quality clothing. I mean it probably cost them less than a few dollars or cents for items they sell for over $120. That’s insane that they are stealing. This company is not honest.

You will never get your refund for your return! I exchanged a pair of sweatpants on 12/25/26 for another size. They said they’d make an exception, charges me for the new pants, and sent another pair. Told me it would take 7-14 days to process the pants that were returned, after 30 days they still had not released the funds. Then they said they did and it’s my banks fault and to ask them where my $ is. This company has terrible customer service and has scammed me out of $100+!

My daughter received an Essentials sweatshirt for Christmas. We wash everything before we wear. Followed the directions and it came out of the washer with all but 2 letters off of it. When contacted customer service this is the response. "Sadly, we currently do not offer warranty replacements or repairs for garments that have been damaged after wear or washing." She never even wore it. $70 down the drain. Save your money.

horrible. NO size on T shirt. Package labeled as large when clearly XXL. No returns. Do not order unless you want the same experience. HORRIBLE. WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN

They take your money and don't ship orders. No customer service. Scammers

I ordered a size small sweatpants and received a large size instead. I called three times and they have a voicemail that says no one can take my call right now. I emailed a few times and then after almost a week, I received a response saying to send pics of tags and of the sweatpants themselves. Did it and they sent me an email on Dec.19th saying to click on a URL and follow directions. Since it was right around the Holidays, I put it off till afterwards. I went to the return website on the 26th to begin exchange process and they said it’s closed and I couldn’t do it because I only had up to the 23rd to do so. Never was told that ridiculous disclaimer. Absolute scam company who thinks they are more than what they are. Just another overpriced clothing company that got lucky and noticed and will wither away eventually. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this garbage.

We purchased a Jersey Long Sleeve T-Shirt size men’s small. The shirt we received is listed as a small but fits as an XXL shirt. It is so outrageously huge and is maddening the size is inappropriately wrong.
This long sleeve shirt cost us $70 but the Fear Of God website will not respond to us for an exchange or return. This is an absolute scam for the inappropriate size of shirt we received and zero customer service to allow us to have a true men’s sized small to fulfill what we actually ordered and paid for.

Horrible return/exchange policy. Ordered Christmas gift for my son and it was oversized by 4x his size. Will not let me exchange for another size because it’s not within 15 days! No returns or exchanges. Not customer friendly!

Do not order online, is there even an actual store for this brand? My son asked for essentials fear of god hoodie, I googled that ordered a 90 some dollar sweatshirt and the shipping status never changed and after a week it was canceled and thankfully refunded. Son told me it was wrong website try again, so I did and this looks like official website but it's been 2 weeks and item finally shipped, from China! So that's probably not official website either! No where did it say it was shipping from China, that should be made clear and if it's a 3rd person website that should also be made clear. If this shirt doesn't arrive im done trying, this company seems like a total scam! Unless you can purchase in person, forget it!

Wow. Wish I had read these reviews before buying. I purchased some of the waffle pants for women. I will say, they are very soft and I love the cut and style but the fabric immediately began to pill and it wasn’t long before they started looking VERY ratty. Quality of the fabric is HORRIBLE. Especially for the price. And they require hand washing?!? Clothing that costs this much should be machine washable on principle. Typically, if I’m going to spend this much money on clothing, I want something that will last. These pants, clearly will not stand the test of time. I noticed that the Fear of God website does not offer an opportunity to review their clothing. I find this very telling. If they allowed their customers an opportunity to review their products, the company would not last long. In fact, I’m not sure how they will keep this up. It’s too bad, because I really like the colors and some of the styles offered. I will not be buying from them again.

I wanted to rate this with zero stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I followed the exact instructions on how to wash a sweater I purchased about a week ago. Mind you these items on their site are not cheap…I took my sweater out of the washer and all letters were peeling off.

I contacted customer service and explained the situation, they told me that they do not offer warranty or replacements and for me to collect the letters that peeled off and iron them back on…..thank you…
They should be telling people the correct way to wash these items.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza con Fear of God è stata negativa. Dopo aver dedicato tempo a preparare un preventivo per loro, l'azienda è sparita senza dare alcun riscontro, nonostante le numerose email inviate per avere un aggiornamento. Capisco che si possa decidere di non procedere, ma basterebbe una semplice risposta come: "Grazie per il preventivo, ma non intendiamo andare avanti". Nessuno pretende troppo, solo un minimo di rispetto per il tempo e l'impegno altrui.

Unreliable sizing and no return
Pants in size M (women) correspond to W28 jeans size, but shorts in the same size corrwapond to W25. Makes no sense.
Despite selling to EU, company doesn’t comply with EU policy and do not offer return.
