They are very helpful and has convenient process
They provide very good customer service. Jaime is responsible for my flat and he’s very helpful about all my concerns specially when I found it difficult to get used to UK policies being a new comer here in the UK. They’re also easy to reach and all the process from the checks to moving in to the property has been very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Briliant Service.Jamie is very Polite and patient to listen to all our concerns as we were first time going through the letting process. Explained every process of renting out properly and advised us about the risks and benefits. Honest, reliable and responds promptly.
Very happy with the way the viewing & letting is managed from start. Also thanks for arranging carpet cleaning and other services in a reasonable cost. All the best wishes and keep going Jamie.

The best agent for lettings and property management
I have been dealing with Jamie since 2019 and the service he provides for lettings and management is fantastic. If there is an issue with a tenant or the property Jamie responds promptly to deal with the problem.
As a landlord I cannot recommend him enough.

Jamie and I have been working together for quite a few years now. I handed over my property to Jamie as he was the face of the employer he was working for back then. As soon as Jamie started working independently, it was a no brainier for me. We have had a great relationship and needless to say Jamie is professional, proactive and a great advisor.

If you are looking to manage property in safe hands than nothing better than Fearne Malone. I highly recommend Mr Jamie owner who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional but the best is empathetic . He understood our current situation where we have been mismanaged by previous company . He personally took care and ensured to get a new tenants in fresh house within a week.
Highly recommend and we wish to work with Jamie in long term .

Fearn Malone have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of finding a flat to rent. Jamie has been super friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure that moving and settling in is a smooth process. Any queries are responded to very quickly and there’s always a solution. I highly recommend.
