I completed Investment Banker Micro-Degree which included 4 modules to pass. The modules are Accountant, Modeler, Valuer and Deal Maker. It is compulsory to pass the exams to get the final degree.

Talking about the course

1) The videos are constructed small so it does not feel burden.
2) The concepts are taught well in the videos
3) The workouts after each video is good, as it helps us to practise the concept
4) The tryouts after each topic is also helpful as it helps to understand the topic more

Area of Improvement:-

1) I feel in the Modeler section, there should have been a live case as a mode of teaching. For eg taking a real company and building its model using latest financial, rather taking hypothetical example
2) As mentioned above in the Deal Maker section too LBO Modeling would have been taught by using live case using real company.
3) In the tryout section and also in the final exam, after submitting the answers, we should get detailed answers with the steps to understand where I have been wrong. Each time I had to email for the detailed answers for the questions which i answered wrong
4) After submitting final exam in each section, the question number on the right side turns light blue colour, again this becomes difficult to understand which questions i have answered correct or wrong.

Overall the course is good for beginners, it would have been best if it had live case study modeling using real company

The level of detail and handouts made the seminar great.

I love how the practical study materials are. It is interesting to see how theoretical concepts being used in real-life.

I learned a lot in Excel. Shortcut and other productive tool.

The way the training is structured and very insightful.

The training sessions are very productive and well explained.

Definitely, it has exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend whoever is keen to get proper knowledge direction.

Very direct classes that cover all the important aspects.
The only problem is that sometimes the website is unstable

I loved the courses I took! Very informative. Easy to access and understand.

A brilliantly run, extremely clear training programme ran by specialists that are clearly not only holding a wealth of knowledge in their respective fields but also have a passion for sharing it with people.

I ordered a couple of the free demos to get a feel for how the instruction is presented, the instructors pace and overall ability to navigate around.
My apologies as I can’t remember the instructors name(Financial Accounting Review) but they spoke in the same tone/verbiage you’d hear in a corporate setting. That adds a level of realism I can relate to.
I’m working through my cpa exams and my next purchase will be one of the packages here.
Look forward to writing an officially product review later on!

The way they have explained is very easy to understand. It covers all the topic needed for the particular course. So I'm very much satisfied with it. If you ask me there is nothing more that can be added, aside from efforts from our(side). Remaining things must be learned through experience.

Videos need to be explained with clearer detail - definitions, clearer equations, and examples prior to workouts. Many workouts include new items not in lessons. Additionally, the ability to access workouts requires an additional tab each time to download the empty excel doc, rather than within the lesson for download. Lastly, explanations to quiz answers are provided with little detail or math. When questions were asked to multiple professors about the math, no response was given.

I’m so glad to sign up with financial edge. The only critical feedback would be that they can do a better job in being detailed in their response in the discussion board especially when there are follow up questions.

The course was well explained and properly structured, I loved the exercise because that helped me practice what I learnt

Some features in video did not match with the features on the Excel for an Apple computer.

It was very easy to understand and short videos make it epic for attention, great job.
