A total failure
A total failure of an independent watchdog that utter fails at protecting customer’s best interests while successfully kneecapping the motor trade’s ability to provide a clear and easy to understand services for its customers.
Whoever the team or individuals are that make the decisions behind the FCA have clearly never been a customer of the motor trade let alone ever worked in it.

fca not justice giving autority i experince .fireslty they listen effecties then they connect with wrong parties i mean scamfull broker same expernice i face in 2025 .i was invest 22600 usd in pepperstone broker .during trading hours they hang there softwares .and i cant do any trade during that time i requested the broker live chat show strong evedince ,they listen me firstley and then finaly idr in which they commitment me to sent 1681 usd on 6 feburary but they not sent me single panny till date .i sent my case to fca with all my proofs and they mixed with the scamfull broker and not provide me justice ..still i am wating for justice

FCA failed to act swiftly and effectively on a scam/fraud company called b-investor. The scam company later changed its name to ExpertB Ltd. The FCA put out a lukewarm notice about the tactics of this scam company which was not officially registered but the FCA failed to act to protect the public from this scam/fraudulent company. You can see how lots of innocent people have lost money on the Trustpilot reviews for b-investor and ExpertB Ltd. Therefore I would suggest that the FCA is complicit in the actions of the scam fraud company. Shameful

Another organisation with no teeth to do anything but to let dodgy debt companies keep running.
Spoke to a man this afternoon who was utterly useless. Kept referring to his handbook to rubbish everything I was saying.
He thinks statute barred debts are enforceable.
They will not help you but will not do anything about debt companies like a dictatorship. Don’t waste your time
Terrible recruitment experience
The FCA use Hays for their recruitment. Hays are simply terrible. Sandeep is a time waster.
I took the morning off of work, had to push for it to be paid leave as work wanted to make it unpaid. Went to an IN PERSON INTERVIEW, had to do a case study plus 1:1 interview. Had to chase Sandeep multiple times for an update and still now, months later, he has not provided one. Why waste people’s time like this? Terrible company.

In 2017 I sold my property to who I found out is a criminal along with 3 others.It has taken over 8 years to investigate for this to come to court and I have lost over £100000 which I will probably never see because the FCA are utterly incompetent and toothless.I have emailed their complaints team numerous times but been told they cannot investigate until the persons involved are charged and sentenced which will be next week and March 2026.They do not care about their customers and I wish I had never dealt with them and am sure many people feel the same.

FCA are the most incompitent organisation I have ever dealth with and to get any sort of payout to receive any payment from this organisation it's like giving birth and doing a ruite canal at the same time ever if U are lucky to receive anything from these blood suckers of collecting fees I was Forex trading with a campany was doing trading on my behalf paid all the company fees then my account was passed on to FCA I paid and complied with all fees required and never received my investment from FCA paid administration fees paid late fees paid to get verified I even paid to have my asset transfered to me directly and never received anything of my asset that I paid for ro receive.

We are writing to raise serious concerns about systemic unfairness in the insurance industry, highlighted by a recent case involving caravan insurance.
A policyholder held a New for Old policy with a £40,000 sum assured. After damage requiring £15,000 of repairs to a caravan worth only £5,000, the insurer refused to declare a total loss. The Financial Ombudsman Service upheld this refusal, citing the absence of the phrase “beyond economical repair” in the policy wording.
This outcome is deeply troubling for several reasons:
• Disproportionate Costs: Repairs costing three times the caravan’s value are objectively uneconomical.
• Policy Intent Undermined: Customers pay for New for Old cover expecting replacement, not patchwork repairs.
• Vulnerable Customer Impact: Such practices cause stress and hardship, breaching FCA principles of fair treatment.
• Systemic Risk: If insurers exploit wording gaps in this way, trust in insurance products will be eroded across the market.
We urge the FCA to investigate whether insurers are meeting their obligations under Treating Customers Fairly, and whether New for Old policies are being mis‑sold in practice. Clear guidance is needed to ensure that replacement cover delivers the protection customers pay for.
We also ask MPs and consumer advocates to support this call for action, ensuring that vulnerable customers are not left exposed by technical loopholes.
Fairness, proportionality, and trust must be restored.

I wanted FCA to confirm that they had to enforce rules, regulations and legislation relating to financial services. Could not find it on their webiste only that financial firms have to treat consumers fairly. Used their form to contact them about this only to be told I will not get a reply, The FCA is not fit for purpose.

Dopo aver atteso alcune settimane, ho sporto denuncia alla polizia, ma il caso è rimasto in fase di indagine preliminare senza ulteriori sviluppi e, dopo circa cinque settimane, la procedura è stata chiusa e i fondi sono stati restituiti. Dopo poco tempo, il display mostrava un aumento rispetto all'importo iniziale e ho seguito le istruzioni per effettuare un deposito maggiore, che il sistema ha accettato senza problemi. Complete waste of time
Asked for help over a month ago. When I asked today about the lack of action, they told me to make a complaint, which I did but I'm sure that will be yet another time-wasting exercise. It seems there is actually no official help available for pension problems, it's all just smoke & mirrors, a scam. Do not waste your time with this, get legal advice instead.
