FBD is seamless to work with. Audrey and John know me and my property and have been very responsive to questions and changes. Communication is great and they always work to make sure my coverage is appropriate to the need. The web interface is easy to work with as well for payment, this was my first time using it.

Overall Experience
The payment process was easy, however I had to contact fbd twice regarding the renewal documents.
I also contacted fbd three times last year regarding urgent repairs to my house and got virtually no support.
