I wanted to make sure there was a recent review for this company (Faux-Fur-Throws.com). I’ve just ordered/received two black bear cushions and am over the moon with them. The service was second to none. I was updated throughout. I ordered them on Sunday evening and they arrived Tuesday morning. They’re beautiful. They’ve exceeded my expectations and they look fabulous. They’re also of excellent quality. I would not hesitate to use this company again and look forward to telling all of my friends to fill their homes with faux fur… from this company. Why wouldn’t you? I was worried at first reading reviews that it is fake web site.
Lucky it is not! Item (Italian faux throw ) purchased came exactly as described on a web site, packaged with care and looking great!
Now I went ahead and purchased 2 cushions matching a throw.
Thank you guys for unique items which are impossible to get anywhere else in UK !

Ordered a throw on 11th December with no expectation of getting it before Christmas due to this years strikes and delivery delays yet it came on 20th December.

It is exactly the correct size and the colour is ad the Internet picture (which doesn’t happen often). But it is the quality that is outstanding, beautifully made, thick and superb quality. I have the arctic fox in the 150*250 size and it is stunning. My Mom wants a new throw and I will definitely be returning after Christmas to get her one.

I recently bought a faux fur from Faux-Fur-Throws of
Langley Mill. The delivery was within the week of purchase. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size
but Faux-Fur-Throws were very helpful and explained the procedure for return and also the refund I was due.
I received my beautiful faux fur throw again within the
week of returning and also the refund.
I am so pleased with the throw, it is so lovely and comforting.
Also, I am extremely pleased and relieved that the whole procedure was so professionally handled, with politeness and care.
I would recommend Faux-Fur-Throws to anyone wanting a beautiful throw, so soft and silky, and know
that anyone would receive as excellent service as I did.

I am writing again as Fur throws think I have the wrong company.
My daughter paid £135.00 for the largest throw on the 10th of December, with the assurance it would arrive in time for Christmas. It never appeared,
Several e-mails sent. No replies for a while. Eventually they looked into it and said another one has been sent. To date it has not arrived!
My daughter sent an e-mail last week to say that if it did not arrive by Tuesday 25th, Jan she would like her money back.
No throw has appeared and no money returned to date.
Hence my asking if this company is real or a scam?
One throw may have gone missing, but two??? And with no communication, really it does seem dubious. So give the money back please fur company, pay up and apologise. Maybe even send a throw for free as an apology, now that would get a 5 star rating!

They "have a 7 day no quibble returns policy provided the item is returned to us within the 7 days from delivery" on their website despite the fact that the Distance Selling LAW in the UK states:
"You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.

You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason."

Not even worth 1 star. Buyers beware. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Wish I had done company review before I ordered. They even had the cheek to take take £8.00 off of refund when it cost me £11.00 to return his tacky throw.

I purchased a faux fur throw from www.faux-fur-throws. com (AKA Mister C) in Feb 2016, however when it arrived I felt it was not at all real looking and was extremely heavy hence contacted FFT to return it.

This company has no free or discounted returns process hence I was forced to pay £13 to return it. Several days passed however I heard nothing so called & was told by John M Calladine it had "gone to be checked". Finally well over 2 weeks after I'd purchased the throw and after chasing I was finally refunded, however the refund was £239.03 and against my payment of £250 was £10.97 short.

I contacted FFT and received an rude, blunt email reply from John M Calladine refusing to refund 'his shipping costs' although by his own written admission no delivery charges were specified, only the £250 cost of the throw.

I called 3-4 times and emailed twice, however I only ever spoke to John M Calladine hence my perception was that this is a one man band.

This is not a company I would recommend using!
