I found the response I received from Faulty Car so informative and supportive.
They outlined my position, options and next steps. I felt very reassured by their support and advice, it was so clear and precise. They provided an action plan for me to follow to resolve my issue and were more than happy to prepare initial correspondence to the garage.
Costs quoted was very reasonable for the service they were providing and well worth the money to take away the stress involved. Fortunately our garage came good and repaired my vehicle. I have decided to take on the dealer myself and have a case going before the courts in the near future. I therefore did not require the assistance of Faulty Car Co but the advice they gave was very helpful.

It was relatively simple to use this site but in the end I sold the car back to MG . It was a true lemon. Don't buy MG the UK CS team don't care at all about you is my experience.
They took 7 months and 7 goes with the car at the dealers for c 4 months and it still failed again.
