Very patient, Thanks Doug.
I had a teams meeting with Doug and he was very helpful. He is so patient. He was happy to show me through the system even though he had shown me this before. He was clear at describing the different features and at no point did I feel rushed. He also took the time to show me other features on the program that I was unaware of and how to use these.

Excellent Service
Excellent Service. Easy to use by the end user. Reports are exactly what is needed for regulatory bodies. Overall feel of the system is that it gives you direct access to all the events in your site with evidence of works carried out and by whome.
