​I am extremely disappointed with my experience at FatPirate. Obtaining a payout from this site is practically impossible due to their deliberate stalling tactics.
​The verification process (KYC) is designed to be as difficult and slow as possible. They wait an exceptionally long time before even asking for your documents, leaving your account and funds stuck in limbo.
​To make matters worse, customer support is virtually non-existent. They only reply to emails about once every two weeks, providing zero clarity or sense of urgency.
​If you expect a reliable platform with decent customer support and timely withdrawals, stay far away from FatPirate. Avoid at all costs!

Update from my review on 2nd October I have been paid my withdrawals which is good although it took 8 days but I’ve improved the stars for this site only to three because of the time it took them to process my withdrawals and also because of the lack of games choice they now have no netent nor pragmatic nor playngo games anymore if this improves I will come back again

Madr a withdrawal almost a week ago £500 then on wed it was canceled for some unknown reason they said was my payment provider itbwasnt so I had to do the withdrawal again I emailed support they told me another issue has come up but then on live chat they said everything was ok so im no further forwrd

I came across this site after playing all their sister sites which were great, I thought the RTP was good and selection of games were good, smooth site with no glitches, Bonus offers are always available if you wish to use them, I have initiated a withdrawal, will update review on experience, but will definitely be using again.

This is not the first time I’ve had issues with fatpirate, I won last year £2500 pounds and I didn’t receive all of my withdrawal as I was told I have to do it in separate withdrawals of £500 requests, let me add to receive my first one was two weeks later, the second and third never went through! This time I’ve withdrawn £50 pounds and I have been blocked from using live help chat ever since my big win last year… ridiculous that they take our money but won’t pay out! Any suggestions?

I have played on Fatpirate a few years and the games were brilliant had quite a lot wins with no trouble with
withdrawals.
But now I am totally disgusted and disappointed with this casino I don't why it's changed but it is terrible!
I have won £580 on the 18th December 2025 it was approved to go on my account but I am still waiting!
I have emailed the VIP support team so many times they me told it because of the holidays and build up to Christmas everything is delayed ??
Then they couldn't find it on my account after telling telling it had been sent and then I asked them for
the transaction number that took a week to find which turned out to be false when bank tried to trace it.
So I did try to get some sense from the team I have practically chatted to all of them I have been on that many times and they just like dummies saying the same thing like the relevant team are looking in to just try and be patient!
Then they asked me to send a statement to prove I haven't received it so I said you haven't given me prove that you have sent it it was false!!
Well I have lost hope now so as a warning to anyone who reads this STAY AWAY!!
Thats why they call them FATPIRATE cos they ARE!

Update werd op de hoogte gevmbracht dat het bedrijf in het verenigd koningrijk gevestigd is en het casino zich aanbied via costa rica. Daarnaast gebruiken ze diverse depositsaccounts. Van gamer tot verzin het maar. Revolut vootzien van fraude op alle betalingen inclusief de reviews.

Dit nep bedrijfje van oplichters gaat van de markt.
