Even though I'm short, plus size and over 60, with Fatface I can still wear quality, well-fitting outfits that make me feel pretty and not frumpy!
Love that you can send orders to store for pick-up. The sizing is amazing with plus size short length - rarely seen elsewhere. i also value the quality fabrics and laid back and pretty designs. Even though I've turned 60, with Fatface I don't have to feel frumpy! Thankyou :)

The delivery into store service is very poor.
Ordered on line and it took 6 days to reach the store.
Admittedly some of the days were over the weekend but I believe such an iconic brand should fulfil deliveries faster

Wren waterproof coat
I had ordered 2 sizes for the wren waterproof coat. I wasn’t sure which would be the best fit. Tried them on and picked the sized one I wanted. Staff were very helpful and refunded the other one with no problems. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Very pleased with my sale purchase.

I prefer to invest in quality, that look & feel good on My experience is that Fatface garments also washwell too.
