I use Fat Face regularly
I use Fat Face regularly. Their clothes and accessories are always excellent quality, and fit well. I can rely on a set size to fit. The clothes are very well made and last wash after wash. I would highly recommend.

The top i ordered was just what i wanted, but when i thought about the size it was too big!! as i ordered click and collect when in store i noticed that they had the top in smaller size, they offered to exchange for the smaller size before i even left the store, perfect and so. very helpful and friendly.

Good clothes shop
FatFace in Wantage often has clothes that my wife or I like and we use them often. They aren't cheap but the quality is good. Service is good as well.

Great place to shop
Love the quality of the clothes, the colours & fabrics.
Only downside is sometimes things can be a little expensive so I tend to try & buy in the sales, even if it means putting things away for the following year.
Really enjoy going into the shops

Refund Wantage Store
Assistant Manager in need of training unsure how to process a valid click and collect return - insisted on using the online order date to calculate 15 day refund policy despite customer attempts to explain. Very embarrassing and frustrating to suggest I ‘go to another store’ which I did where refund was processed with courtesy and professionalism.
