Helen at Trafford Centre was extremely helpful finding different sizes and putting order through for home delivery.

Fat Face garments are excellent quality and choice is really good. Love the colourways too.

Helen served me today and she was very knowledgeable of all fatface items, she was very helpful and friendly.

My experience of Fatface is always brilliant. The staff are super helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you all!

I went to collect my order and the store has closed for refurbishment! I wasn't informed of this when I received my order collection email. Wasted trip and I only have 2 days to collect it when the store re-opens before my order is cancelled.

I had an order to collect just before Christmas and although they were working with a new system which had a few gremlins, the staff in the Trafford centre branch were really friendly and helpful.

Great customer service, especially from an employee called iris she was super helpful and kind and helped me to find what I was looking for, overall great shopping experience.

Very friendly staff in the shop, particularly a new trainee who was lovely to chat to whilst waiting the very short time it took someone to retrieve my parcel from the back.

I ordered a coat online ( a black Friday deal) for delivery to store. Ordering easy, delivery promp,BUT the coat was so creased it was unwearable, didn't hang right and the creases were really deep. I took the coat back to store for return. Whilst there, I noticed the same coat in the correct size in a pristine condition, but at nearly double what I'd paid. I asked if I could do a straight exchange, but this wasn't possible. However, the very helpful assistant in the Manchester Trafford centre made enquiries and said she could price match the coat, but I would gave to have a refund ( taking a couple of days) and pay for the coat in store. This I was happy to do. So it ended well, but involved an extra visit to store and waiting for refund. If more care was taken with packing, this could be avoided. So the 3 stars reflects the overall experience, and could have been 5 stars if the original coat had been received in good condition.

After a really long shopping day with my toddlers I visited the Trafford store to find something for my mother in law. As soon as I got there Amy was welcoming and unbelievably attentive and helpful in finding a gift despite my 3 year old running around like a hurricane. After being shown all of my options/alternatives we found the perfect gift. I was passed along to Anne at the till who was unbelievably patient with my questions/ me running after my daughter. She even acknowledged that shopping with toddlers can be overwhelming and that I was doing a good job. Which meant a lot to me as other shops have made me feel as though I was burdening them with my children. She was really kind and patient and it made what could have been an overwhelming experience an understanding one. The experience was lovely from start to finish. Thank you Amy & Anne, you made a stressed out mum a little less stressed x

Collected an order which was fine although not overly friendly girl spoke to me. I was left to try the different size boots on and returned the size I didn’t want there and then. Pleasant guy served me but the computer system was very slow and took ages to process it

The item was available to collect within a few days. When I arrived at the counter a member of staff spotted me and came over straight to attend to me. She was polite and efficient. Although it was a good experience it's what basic customer service should be.

Bought a skirt and cardigan online but skirt was a little big so I call the Trafford Centre store and a very helpful chap checked if there was a smaller size and put it aside til I got to the store. I got there and wanted to try on as this smaller one seamed big so I went down another size and a very helpful assistant got me fixed up it was for a very special event so I was very anxious but she was phased. Thanks so much.

Apart from a delay in delivering my online order to the shop everything was fine. The assistant in the shop was pleasant and helpful.

Ordered a few items on line and then pick them up in store. The whole process was easy.
