Great Customer Service
I visited fatface Tavistock the other day and I needed a pair of jeans, Issey and Vicky helped me find the right style and length. Thank you, all of the staff were lovely!

Outstanding customer service
I shopped in the Tavistock store today and the customer service was outstanding. Both Vicky and Lauren went above and beyond in their effort to help resolve an issue. As a bonus, I found several lovely tops!

Fat Face purchase
My order arrived quickly and the staff in the shop were very efficient when I collected it. I find Fat Face to be very good and always shop with this brand . The returns policy is also very good and I know I always get good value for money .

I was unable to collect my parcels by the date given, as I was ill and then the weather was very bad so I couldn't drive to Tavistock, so I phoned Fat Face helpline and a lovely helpful lady extended my pick up date for me, which enabled me to collect safely.
