FatFace - TAUNTON 2 Omdömen

Happy, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely tidy store with all new Spring stock displayed nicely. Made picking out some new Spring outfits quick and easy as I didn't have much time.

Fiona offered to order the jeans I wanted into store.

Altogether a happy and enjoyable visit. Thank you :)

Tried to return an item. Unfortunately we mislaid the till receipt. Label still on item.
We have details of the transaction, via our banking information but have been told we can not return or have a credit note. Exchange only.
Which now gives us a very short timeframe.
Ludicrous

Exceptional service (yet again) from the staff at FatFace in Taunton. Today it was Suzi and Laura who helped me out, providing friendly advice and expertise with good humour. I absolutely love shopping in this store as nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and they are always totally customer focussed. I only wish there was more service like this around!

We visited the Taunton fatface store today, we were served by a lovely lady who couldn't of been more pleasant or obliging by the name of Jane, the other staff were helpful and polite I went in to browse and left with 2 dresses and a jacket , lovely clothes ,helpful friendly assistant, what more could you ask , thank you

I came on a really busy Saturday. Suzi, Fiona and Bea were extremely supportive as I was very nervous trying a new style on. As a plus size woman I felt very empowered by Suzi giving me confidence to wear clothes I wouldn’t have chosen for myself. Best clothes shop in Taunton by far!

Item did not suit me. To return the item was easy and refund happened very quickly.

I was browsing in Fatface Taunton, Laura approach me and asked me if I need any help. I had been wanting a leather jacket for a long time but couldn’t find one I like. Laura offered to check stock room for me as nothing in shop floor, and found one in my size! It’s perfect, if Laura hadn’t approached me I may not have asked, also brought a top and a bag! Beautiful products for spring. Laura was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Finding that jacket made my day!

Excellent service from the staff, couldn't do enough.

Great quality and service

The staff in the Taunton store are always friendly & helpful. Fiona was especially so today when I returned a bag which has unfortunately broken & which was replaced without any hesitation. She went out of her way to find a suitable alternative even though the shop was busy during the sale period.

FatFace is awesome.
Quality clothes made well, fit and always feel great and super comfy to wear.
I've shoped online and used our local store both of which has been a great experience.there is always a wide choice of styles to choose from, the speed of delivery is top notch very often next day with Royal Mail.
I must mention the girls in the Taunton,Somerset, store who are really helpful and friendly always, and go out of there way to help find the right styles and
Fitment which is always appreciated.

Excellent service in the Taunton branch today by Fiona, thank you

Really lovely bag with a variety of compartments. Great service, good value for money.

Member of staff very professional, friendly and interested in my requirements.
Extremely good service , she went out of her way to help and accommodate me. The products on display were very colourful, eye catching and well made.

Prompt delivery to store & store assistant was very polite, friendly & efficient

I was after a coat for my other half for Christmas. A really wide selection, all great quality so hard to decide on one! Great customer service in store (Taunton) and quick delivery when I ordered a couple from the website.

I was served by Laura today and what a lovely lady she is. Lovely and chatty whilst serving me. Laura also went and found me a Christmas jumper in my size.
I love our Taunton fatface it has a good selection of stuff and the staff are always friendly and helpful.
5 stars from me.

Fiona in the Taunton branch was extremely helpful checking stock for the boot size I required. I had chosen two styles of boot but she found that only one of the styles had my size so ordered it for it to be delivered to my home. She was friendly, polite and helpful. She put me at ease and made my shopping experience special. Thanks Fiona. The boots have arrived and I love them.

Fat face is a great brand I like the style but also the fact the brand tries to get responsibly sourced cottons etc. The only negative point is that Fat face customers in mailing list don’t get to know about the sale before everyone else, I just came across the pre sale on Facebook page and I was choked not having to know that through my mail. In fact it makes me think that I should unsubscribe, it’s an idea.
Regarding stores I love Taunton store has really nice staff, they’re very helpful and understanding.
