Lovely item but too small for me.

The young ladies in this store were absolutely fantastic to me. Patient, professional and charming. They could not do enough for me. A gilet too small, one lovely lady went and found the next size. Smiling and so kind.
I had a TENS machine attached to me, and again, considerate, as I had to free it, to try clothes on. I love Fatface and found this particular store superior to any I have been in. Clarks Village used to be top of my list, sadly they have slipped a little. The selection they had in store was awesome. This will appear as John as I am using his account.

Appalling customer service from the manager, no less. Very rude man.
I appreciate it was Christmas Eve but surely he and his female staff member could have assisted a brain injured customer with a little grace?

Communication lacking
Placing the order was easy and the ‘black Friday’ price was very good. We were notified almost by return that the item had shipped and that we would be emailed when it was ready for collection from Swindon Outlet store. However we had no email and had to chase customer services and the store to confirm. Delivery was just within the delivery window, however we wish we had opted for home delivery. We had hoped for better service.

How not to treat staff! Fat Face
I was in the Swindon store today, in the outlet village. I love this store, the staff are so friendly, helpful and professional, however, when in there today, it was a very different experience. There were some head office staff (I think) there today, who could not have been more unprofessional!!. I heard them talking in a derogatory way about the staff and about the store. They were very dismissive and short with the staff!, which quite frankly I found dreadful, unprofessional and a bit intimidating.
I suggest some training wouldn’t go a miss, in how to treat staff and how to be a little less “loose lipped” in front of customers. The whole swindon team in there do a fantastic job and have helped me on numerous occasions find outfits and individual items, it really upset me being witness to this, appalling behaviour!
