Delivery to store was delayed by 4 days
Delivery to store was delayed by 4 days. Update wasn't communicated in time to stop me travelling to store on the day of original collection date and I'd waited in town to get to the collection time. The sales assistant/manager wasn't apologetic, to the point it was like we'd inconvenienced her. Once we got our order, items in the purchase were damaged/stained. This was our worst experience to date.

Beautiful
FatFace clothing is beautiful, it always has such a lovely feel to it. I particularly like the St Andrews shop as it’s not too big and overwhelming. The staff are super friendly, and they’ve recently updated their mirrors with Disney characters- some of them even wearing Fatface clothes. Well done to their team for creating such a lovely environment 👏🏻 and to the artist on the team adding in beautiful drawings, it was a lovely surprise to see

Fatface in St Andrews
I went to Fatface in St Andrews today. I had a voucher to spend and I encountered a bit of difficulty getting it put through. It all worked out in the end but throughout the whole process June and Niamh could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Thank you so much to them.

Great shopping experience- “retail therapy” at its best!
Have just spent a lovely hour in the St Andrews store and it was honestly one of my best shopping experiences in a long time! I was spoilt for choice, so many gorgeous things in stock at the moment. Staff are amazing (Sophie and Chiara I think?) They gave great, and honest, advice on what I was trying on and I managed to “limit” what I bought to 4 beautiful items which I know I will get plenty wear of! Thank you so much, will be back!

Best FatFace Store in the Area
I popped into the St Andrews store today to pick up a pair of jeans I had ordered in another store and had a fantastic experience. The click and collect process was prompt and effective - and free! As always the staff were wonderful, really helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great customer experience. I will be stopping by more often!

Fat Face Rocks!
The St Andrew's fatface staff were outstanding!! They went above and beyond to help me out. I went in for a bit of holiday shopping and I was blown away by the lovely selection they had in store. The staff very kindly gave me advice on style and fit. Can't wait to wear my new Mariah Dress on my holiday!

I recently bought my partner a few pairs of shorts for our upcoming holiday, unfortunately they didn't quite fit, so I had to return them for an exchange!
Usually I dread having to return items to shops, but Natasha was super helpful and helped me find what I needed to replace the items.
Will definitely be returning to this branch!

What a welcome…and exemplary customer service
Just picked up my new baby blue summer dress from the team at Fat Face and as ever met with the sunniest welcome and they remembered I was going to Berlin with a St Andrews T-shirt for a friend.
