The staff were welcoming & were extremely helpful when I needed to try an alternate size. I found so many items that I liked which would be appropriate for wearing over the Christmas & New Year period & ended up purchasing far more than I had intended.

Mens section is an afterthought
I’m actually very happy with the items I purchased online and the speed they arrived but really annoyed that I had to buy them online! I live within a 20 minute drive of 3 different Fat Face stores and every time I visit them the mens section seems to have shrunk even further! You could combine the mens sections of all three stores and it would still be a fraction of the size of the ladies section of any of them. You might as well stop selling mens clothes altogether.

West Quay Southampton fat face
We visited fat face in West Quay shopping centre Southampton today, and were served by the very lovely Wendy, who not only processed our transaction, but showed a genuine interest in us and asked about where we were from (Cumbernauld in Scotland). Wendy also advised about signing up for rewards etc, which I have never had before. If feedback can be provided to Wendy about her excellent service and manner I am sure it would be very much appreciated.

Friendly
Stores always nice and clean, helpful staff. Good selection of sizes and products available. I find prices could be a bit cheaper because I feel it is overpriced at times

Love Fatface good value all round
I love Fatface really good service not too expensive. I have sent couple of items back due to it being me wrong sizing but no probs and receive a refund without any problems
So overall great Fatface keep on going !

Always great service, clothes are good quality. Whenever I’ve had an issue (although, that has only happened twice in the decade that I have been a customer!) the customer service is second to none. Amazing!
