Ordered two sale items online, picked up in Fatface store so no delivery charge. Staff in the store were very efficient and helpful. I tried on the items in the store. Such an easy process! Ordering online was super simple for store collection. The only bit I was let down by was after 5 days I had no notification that it was in-store. I checked on the off chance that it was in and they said it was and they didn't understand why I hadn't been notified.

T shirts, socks and hoody were fab, jeans fit at first really well but loosen up and become baggy quickly. Shame as loved them at first.

Ordered online and delivery was swift. I bought 3 items but had one item I needed to return so I returned it to my local branch of Fatface. The whole process was very straight forward. The person who dealt with my return in the Salisbury store was most helpful and efficient.

Excellent customer service team who helped when I had a lot of problems with my delivery by Evri who delivered my parcel to the wrong address despite being advised the correct one one.
