Clothes are always of a good quality in styles and sizes that suit and fit me. Shop was well organised, clean and easy to find what I was looking for. Staff were helpful

Visited FatFace in Salcombe today where I was served by the lovely Juliana. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with their current stock.
Juliana helped me locate the trousers I was searching for.
The staff are always helpful in this store.

I have bought from Fatfsce since the late eighties. My first encounter was in Salcomb & I still wear a summer shirt I bought from their shop then. A little on the expensive side but the quality still remains.

My husband and I went to FatFace in Salcombe, South Devon and were served by an incredibly helpful assistant called Juliana. She was so attentive and patient and we ended up buying 3 lovely items for my husband, which he is very pleased with. He usually hates shopping but Juliana made the whole experience bearable for him - (which is quite a feat!) and the clothes are of a very good quality. 10/10 FatFace!

I normally take a size 6 but they were too small so I went for size 6 1/2 they fitted well

Fast and friendly service. Was asked for my email address which I found odd, never been asked before as part of a purchase. I declined to give it as I get quite a lot of emails a day. Other than that a very pleasant shopping experience 5 stars

I popped into the Salcombe store to see if I could get a skirt that was sold out at my local branch and online.
Levi was so helpful and found the skirt and has arranged for it to be sent to the Dartmouth store as we are walking the south west coast path.

What a wonderful duo of lovely ladies working at the Salcombe Fat Face! I have always loved Fat Face's clothing (it's always well made and there are lots of relaxed, comfortable items that still look very good on). However, yesterday we were caught in a classic "UK Easter Holidays" downpour unexpectedly and needed a coat for our lovely cavapoo. Making it into the shop (by this time all like drowned rats), we were greeted by two very friendly ladies who went above and beyond to help us find a dog coat. They had to go to the back to find the right sizing and gave our little pooch a dog treat whilst waiting. We came away very happy customers with the perfect item and felt very well looked after. So a big thank you to Aimee D and her colleague in the store yesterday. Friendly, helpful people make the world a better place! Thank you and Happy Easter!

We visited Salcombe's FatFace shop. We needed help in sorting out a refund which was proving to be complicated. We could not have had better customer service from Aimee who went above and beyond sorting out the problem.
She was so helpful and pleasant. She remedied the problem. We were so grateful to her. A big thank you.

Awful service from a lady called Jan which is a shame as this is my local branch and it has put me off visiting again.
She was rude, obnoxious and was speaking very unkindly about another member of staff to her colleague.

Visited the store last week and was greeted by a lovely member of staff named Daisy. She helped us find exactly what we needed and was very polite and helpful. Overall a very positive experience - highly recommend!

I've visited this store a number of times and always found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I've overheard a number of conversations where the staff are looking online or trying to search for different sizes for customers and they've always been able to help. The store is immaculately clean and organised. I've personally dealt with Aimee, the manager, what a lovely lady, she shows true passion and enthusiasm, not only for her job but the company as a whole. I will remain a loyal customer for many years to come 😁

I visited this store whilst on holiday, I would just like to say a big thank you to all staff especially Pauline.
The store was very clean and tidy all the staff was very polite and helpful.
I wanted a particular top for a family meal, eventually with help I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted.
