Excellent service for collection and instore

Although the overall shopping experience was really good I was disappointed with the style and quality of two of the items I ordered.
One dress was far too full in the skirt, made me look huge ( size 14 ) not that large!
The other was a top and dress, for a summer outfit the top was much too thick and didn’t sit very well on me so, not particularly nice to wear.
Having said all that the ladies serving on the day I returned them to the store were really, really nice and very helpful.

Ordered for a next day store delivery. Told at 3pm + that order had not arrived and it would be the next day and they would let me know, next came and went. Day after came and at 6pm i called the store to check, they had not received it. So next i rang customer service. Very nice and helpful. They checked and confirmed it had been collected but appeared to be lost in transit. Offered a credit or refund. Checked if you had any replacements, but none so took a refund. So not a good experience but staff were helpful.

I love shopping at FatFace. It is always a pleasure to visit their stores as the clothes are lovely and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I was at their Rushden Lakes store a couple of days ago and Rachel was so helpful in finding alternatives for me to try on, also for saying we could use my husband's blue light discount. Great Service.

I love the womenswear range at FatFace these days and great online choice … especially the shorter length available in women’s jeans, which I’ve only just discovered. It’s great that you don’t need receipt to return online purchases to store, they just need to scan label. Staff at the Rushden Lakes store are excellent - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. FatFace is my new favourite clothing store :)

Bought a gift before Christmas that was faulty and wanted to replace it, but as it had gone into sale it had sold out. Spoke to Amy at Rushden Lakes store, who was so helpful in sourcing a replacement. She really was absolutely brilliant and super helpful! Thanks Amy!

Janine was super helpful when I was trying to find some new jeans. She didn’t rush me and went out of her way to help find the best style for me . I was shopping on my own and great to get a second opinion

I’ve just completed a stint of seasonal work at Fatface at Rushden Lakes . What a great company to work for , such a positive friendly work environment. Thank you Fatface for taking a chance on someone who was a bit older and had no previous retail experience. I think I’ve finally found something I want to do when I grow up! 😅

Visited fatface with my brother for his 2 yearly shop. The shop was set out so well very tidy, changing rooms smelt lovely and beautiful. The staff are all so polite helpful nothing was too much trouble. Janine served us and she was such a lovely lady. Really enjoyed are shopping experience in Fatface.
