I tried on the lovely Carly top in a size 12 the shop didn't have the 14 so I forgot about it, a week or so later I tried on the 14 elsewhere felt the same as bit tight but still purchased it. I went home purchased a 16 on line had it delivered to my local store in Ringwood and guess what it felt the same, measured it against the 14 it's the same, not happy at all.

The staff member in Ringwood went over and above to ensure I got my parcel after it had failed to be delivered to store despite text message saying it had arrived. Parcel was delivered to my home the following day rather than waiting 3 days for it to arrive in store. Thank you Ringwood branch

Shopping in Ringwood Fatface very exciting.
The staff in the Ringwood shop are lovely people really kind,polite and very helpful. I have today picked up an online order and whilst in the shop bought another jumper. Brilliant I love the goods and atmosphere in the shop.
