Great customer service
Very helpful staff member who went above and beyond when I left my Fatface purchase in a nearby cafe. I did not realise it was missing until I got home. I was unable to contact the cafe which was an hours drive away. I called the Fatface store to see if it had been handed in (it hadn’t) but they offered to go round to the cafe and check if my Fatface purchase was there, it was and they took it back to the store and kept it until I could pick it up the next day. That’s what I call customer service.

NORTH BERWICK FAT FACE SO HELPFUL
I wanted a pair of trousers for my holiday and couldn't have them delivered to my home in time so I checked my holiday destination (North Berwick) and I phoned and spoke to (Amy?) She said that they have deliveries on the Sunday so I could collect on Monday. I went in and I was able to try them on (loved them) and (Amy?) was so helpful and friendly. Very happy with the help I got. Thank you!

The clothing and accessories selections are very lovely and change at just the right tine. All the folk I have met at Fatface are unfailingly polite, helpful and warm.

Extremely warm and cosy
Ordered the Red Shelter fleece in the sale and I love it. It is super warm, haven't needed to put the heater on whilst WFH it is that cosy. Lovely fit and looks good. Would've been happy to pay full price knowing how good it is.

Great service
I popped into my local branch in North Berwick this morning to look at a coat I’d seen online. It was even nicer than I’d hoped and great quality so I had to buy it. The whole experience was made even nicer by the lovely assistant Niamh.

Fatface jeggings are really comfortable to wear and good for a more dressed up look than just jeans. Buy them every year - hope Fatface continue making them as best jeggings around.
