Ordered and paid for item online and arranged to collect from my nearest store. I was kept up to date on my order by email and notified when it was available to collect. Popped into store and collected item with no delays.

I really like my cord skirt
I really like my skirt, good fit for a curvy woman. Fat face do cater for all shapes and sizes!
Quality of their clothing is also a pull for me.

Very much let down by the delivery experience
They use Royal Mail who made 0 attempts to deliver, just held the parcel at the (not so!) local sorting office that is only open 0800-1000 in the week.
Called Fat Face customer service and there was nothing they could do but wait for the parcel to come back. Emailed Fat Face a complaint and never heard back
I called Royal Mail and mysteriously the parcel turned up within half an hour.
