Trousers, great style and lightweight perfect for summer
I liked a pair of trousers in the Meadowhall shop, great style in a lovely lightweight material for this hot summer. Sadly, the colour I liked was not in stock in my size. The assistants were very helpful and they provided the details so that I could find them online and which made ordering straightforward. My order arrived quickly and well packaged. No probs.

Had to make a return as I got same item in smaller size on line staff were very friendly and obliging nothing is too much trouble for them they are an asset to the brand

Ordered Sunday for delivery to store Monday. Apparently then delivered to wrong store. Arranged they would be delivered to my address on the Tuesday. Never arrived. Ditto Wednesday. Now after several phone calls at store awaiting my collection. Dreadful service.

Good ordering experience, but collection information not the best…
Easy to find what wanted and the order process was straightforward as expected. I opted to collect from my nearest shop and was given a collection day of Friday. However, on Friday morning I received a message saying that there would be a delay and to wait for a notification. Later on Friday I received another message saying that my order was ready to be collected. Something clearly went wrong. I hope next time I don’t encounter the same issue, as I had to change my plans for the day.
