FatFace - LICHFIELD Omdömen 

I ordered 2 items and they arrived very quickly. One item was too big and I returned it via the shop. It was so simple and my money was soon back in my account. Why can’t every company make returns so easy?
The staff at Lichfield are always friendly and professional. It’s a pleasure to shop there.
The clothes are of a good quality too

I love shopping at Fat Face, love the products, the design and its quality! I look for the sales opportunities as products tend to be pricey. Litchfield had a big sale in August, almost the whole store was on sale, which was amazing!!! I buy from the US and when I’m in England and I find prices in the US extremely expensive and the sales don’t make it the same way as in England. Every opportunity I get when I’m in England, I buy Fat Face products.

Ordered online and delivered free of charge to my local store. Very pleased with the quality and all fitted perfectly.

As always a really helpful service from this store. They greet us as friends and even play with our dog. Lots of great choice, helpful service and courteous and friendly. I ended up buying some more sale items whilst returning an online purchase. This has to be our favourite Fatface to visit. Hopefully the team there will stay put!

Ordering easy and click and collect service very efficient.

Whilst the product I ordered from fatface (father’s day socks) was perfect, the delivery was not. I ordered the product on thursday believing I would be able to pick them up on friday. They were then scheduled to arrive at the store on saturday which was still in time for father’s day. I was emailed in the morning to pick up the socks in the afternoon but when I arrived I was told there was an issue at the warehouse so they hadn’t arrived. I didn’t receive a text informing me of this delay until after my visit, which was too late as I had already made my trip to store. I was very disappointed that a father’s day present arrived late meaning I could not gift it on the day.

Good communication and quick deliveries with a speedy process for returns, if applicable.

After many years found a Fatface Tee with a mountain bike theme and it was in the sale. Result!!

I have been buying Fat Face jeans for the last five years or so and previously found the regular length perfect, not now they have adjusted and come up at least two inches short. This would be ok but my local store only stock R and I now need L… so I ordered the right length from the store and found I had to pay in full…. Now over 1 week later jeans still have not arrived. The web site says next day if ordered before 11am, this is misleading as clearly not true. The store in Lichfield is great but the delivery service by the company is appalling…

Ordered leather jacket in sale on line so easy to do ,arrived at lichfield branch recieved text to say had arrived and picked up from store no problems ,really lovely helpful staff who work there highly recommend

Such a welcoming and friendly team at Lichfield. Today was no different. We visited the shop this morning with our Collie who practically pulls us into the shop. She is also greeted and treated to a biscuit, which is such a nice touch.
The store is always well presented, with happy and kind staff and is laid out in such a way it’s easy to find items… so much so I ended up buying the lovely Reindeer Yoke Christmas jumper, which fits beautifully.
Keep up the good work, look forward to popping in again soon.

My order had gone missing 😢 but Lichfield branch sorted it all out very quickly.
The replacement was delivered to my home address free of charge the next day.
