There now appears to be no fat face shop in Leeds. Not sure there is one in Liverpool either.

Had a great experience shopping in the Leeds city centre store, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and chatty. Made to feel very welcome, and was lovely to find staff happy to chat at the tills. Made to feel like a valued customer. Very sad to see the for rent boards outside the store, big loss to Leeds, you don't get the quality of clothes or service from many other companies, hope the store relocates.

Leeds store is great
Leeds store is great. Helpfull staff. Went in for a browse and came out with a lovely dress. Online ordering seems more efficient than its been. Prefer to go into store but online is useful at times.

Buying online is far better than in store. i purchased my shopping online following shocking service in store in Briggate Leeds, where they shut the shop while we were still in it! and said they had cashed up so i couldn't purchase my items

I had a good experience in the store.I was visiting from Spain and was a bit unsure about the sizing, but was assured that I could exchange or get a refund with my receipt. I kept the blouse I bought and since coming home have ordered two items online to go to my daughters address who is visiting me in a week or so.

Fat face is a brand you can relay on,good quality,great prices,and good customer service,orders are within a few days and returning items if necessary can be either royal mail which is so easy,or in store. Sizes are usually true to size which means not too tight or too baggy.fat face is a brand you can relay on🤗

Attempted to return item to a store to be told that the payment could not be refunded without posting the item back. This was a waste of my time.
