Good quality and fit
Have bought several FatFace things in the past and been pleased with them but in the last 4-5 years or so. Found 2 dresses, a t-shirt and shorts this season and am really pleased with all of them. All were sale purchases, delivered into the Leamington store where the staff were very helpful. Have had several compliments when I've worn one of the dresses. All comfy and great quality and I hope to be wearing them for a long time to come.

Big on shorts!
Really happy with the help given by the shop staff when I collected the shorts I had ordered online. Also, good selection of shorts enabled me to do a swap on one item. Just wish my favourite shorts had still been available in the 10" leg size, but my bad for choosing to wait till the sales.

When I ordered the beautiful green skirt
When I ordered the beautiful green & white skirt, it took longer than I expected to come in the post, so I went back to the store in Leamington Spa. I was very impressed with how well the 2 shop assistants sorted the problem out- it involved phone calls as well as checking online, & the whole thing took less than 10 minutes to be resolved. I was offered the same skirt at sale price (it had been put on sale since I’d made the original order,) & this felt more than fair after the delay I’d had in receiving my purchase. The 2 shop assistants have a very pleasant manner & as I visit the store fairly often they know me a little & are really friendly & helpful, which is lovely in a day & age when personal contact is often lacking when shopping.

Great service. My order was in store the next day, rather than in 5 days time. The lady that serves me in my local store was lovely, and my slippers are beautiful.
