Pretty dress but too short
I ordered a dress online which arrived promptly. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I returned it in store today. Three lovely sales assistants were on duty in my local Kingston branch and they quickly sorted out a refund. I then found a skirt that I bought so I was delighted with my purchase. The staff were so helpful that I shall visit again soon.

Had an item stolen out of my online…
Had an item stolen out of my online order, together with the delivery note. Apparently online and stores are completely separate. Was told needed paperwork to return the online items. They did eventually get this sorted. They had to call online section to do correct refund. This did take a while. All the staff was very helpful. Such a lovely team of staff. I go in there quite often.
