The products I get are always very very…
The products I get are always very very good. However, we always seem to get a problem when it comes to picking out parcels up from your Keswick branch. It’s either they can’t spell our names (even though we’ve spelt it out to them) or they can’t find the order or there’s something wrong with the order number. It’s takes forever to actually get the parcel from them. It’s just not good enough and it’s very embarrassing. I think the staff need retrained or a better system for them needs to be put into place.

The staff were really helpful during my visit to Fatface this morning. I was after something in-particular and the staff went in the back to try and help me find it.
In the end, we ordered it online so that I could pick it up when I get home.

Amazing Service

Carolyn/Caroline - Sales assistant
I was served by a Carolyn who helped me with a jacket I was thinking of purchasing. She was very kind and didn't rush me into buying the jacket. She was extremely patient. I went to the till with the jacket and said to her that I don't think I would have bought it without her help and advice. She wasn't pushy but extremely helpful and very pleasant. I am so pleased with my purchase, and would recommend this store and the helpful staff.
