I made the purchase online to be collected from my local Fatface store. I felt very assured by the staff that I could try the garment on instore and if it didn't fit or unsuitable, they would deal with the return. That made me more inclined to buy it. The on line purchase was quick and easy with an email letting me know it was ready for collection. Good service from both on line and in store.

Hebden Bridge birthday visit
Denise and I were welcomed by Jayne and Faye. They allowed us to browse the range of clothes and listened to our comments about clothes we were interested in. They both encouraged us to try on different clothes and gave us honest feedback.
It was a pleasure to meet such helpful staff...we bought far more than we anticipated....but we are both delighted with our new clothes!

I recently visited FatFace and was pleased by the outstanding customer service provided by Jane. From walking into the store, Jane greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
Not only was Jane incredibly helpful, but she also was able to answer all of my questions and provided valuable advice on the best styles and fits for my body type.
Jan has a wonderful personality that made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. She has a great sense of humor and a warm, friendly demeanor that instantly put me at ease.
