Impressive service in the Exeter shop
Impressive service in the Exeter shop, only had to ask and the salesperson would check for sizes and if it was not in stock would order it via the warehouse which delivered items next day.
Good quality cloths that fit well.

Terrible experience!
I ordered a pair of short denim dungarees for my granddaughter on 13th July. I have had no notification that they are waiting for me in store to collect.
My granddaughter is leaving the country in a few days time.
I have not purchased items from Fatface in the past & l will certainly not be using them in the future.
This item is vastly more expensive than similar items in other stores.

The store will hold onto your order for 14 days, so please do collect at a convenient time for you.
In future, please do feel free to contact the store regarding orders as they can advice whether or not they've received the order.
Of course if you no longer want the item, this can be returned in-store too.

Exeter Princes Hay - No hassle, very pleasant and easy to deal with
Had an item bought from another outlet I needed to exchange which was not in stock. Process was easy, hassle free and the new item will be delivered to me in around 3 days which is ideal. They accepted the issues from the original outlet and agreed to deal with them as some processes were wrong there but I cannot fault Nathan and the staff in Exeter. Thank you.
Update 03 July - New item arrived and fits perfectly. Thank you for sorting.

Helpful and friendly staff Lilly on the men’s floor went above and beyond with help in finding the sizes also ordered a shirt that wasn’t in stock too. Lilly was modelling a beautiful dress which I also purchased with the assistance of the Shannon the assistant in the ladies department.
Lovely girls selling good quality clothes making it a fun experience.

Great but confusing
Great product, but frustrating to discover the correct sizing I required as the sizing is in European measurements only.
Plus I needed to do order on line because my choice wasn't available in store.
However my order was processed very quickly & efficiently.
I would buy again especially as I know the correct size I require.

I love Fat Face and shop in store regularly. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Also very easy to order online and no quibble returning things that aren't suitable. Quality is always good.
