The jacket is perfect
The jacket is perfect, I have 5 of these in various colours. Brilliant stretch and fantastic comfort. Perfect fit. Great length. I ordered online whilst on holiday to pick up at the Exeter shop. Pleasant staff. Beautiful clean, stylish shop.

Please sort evri. Dumped item on drive. Told time and time again to leave in safe place.
Cannot use fat face unless sorted. Evri do not sort it out. Post area ex16 8du. Lots of complaints in our area. Driver needs a warning.

Item good, delivery substandard
The top was fine, as expected. Delivery to local store left something to be desired. Was meant to arrive next day. On the day it was due I got an email to say it was delayed. Then nothing until it arrived days later. Inconvenient as I had chosen a day I was available to collect it.

I like the quality and design of the clothes.
Unfortunatly on the three occasions that I have ordered online recently I have have been informed that there was going to be a delay, on the last occasion it had been delivered to the wrong store!
