A pleasant shopping experience
Normally I keep clear of shops with sales due to my sight, however, the space within FF in Kinnaird is wonderful and the staff are so happy and helpful.
I made my purchases and left feeling really pleased. Great sale too.

Great customer service
Despite not being impressed with the carrier service , I was very happy with the items I purchased and with the great service when returning unwanted items particularly from the young man in the Kinnaird Park shop.

Very helpful experience at Fort Kinnaird, phoned to look for pair of sleepers and the store person attended the call very well and phone me back once he found the item. Went to pick up and the young store assistant at the counter was very helpful too. Great customer service!

I purchased a childs swimsuit which…
I purchased a childs swimsuit which turned out not to be the one they wanted. Contacted the shop and they took the time to check stock, the style/size wanted was not available in that particular shop but they also tried other branches to help. We then ordered the s/suit on line (from fat face) which arrived in two days, returned the first purchase with no problem. The staff were very helpful.
