Great member of staff
I was caught out in heavy rain and dashed into the Dartmouth store looking like a drowned rat. I was asked if I needed help...yes please...dry jeans or trousers! Kate was incredibly helpful and after a quick chat about styles, showed me to the canging room where I had the choice of a few pairs. I got a good pair....and today(being SO impressed with the service) returned and bought a dress. Well done Kate...and thank you very much for sorting me out! 10/10

I went into the Dartmouth store to return a pair of shorts bought a few days earlier in the Salcombe store. My email receipt hadn’t come through but I was served by the amazing Lisa who was incredibly helpful from the outset and went above and beyond, calling the Salcombe store to find details of the sale so she could issue the refund. Thanks so much Lisa!

SO helpful
Went into the Dartmouth store for some shorts for bed, and for lounging outside on holiday. I would like to say a big thank you to Di, one of the assistants, she was exceptionally helpful. I took some shorts into the changing room, and Di, very helpfully brought more for me to try on, with the colours that I wanted. You don’t get this kind of service very often……but Fat Face, Dartmouth certainly wins on the most helpful front. Thank you Di.

Love fat face
Love fat face, huge variety of clothes of very good quality. I don't mind paying a bit more for quality. I have bought a lot of my clothes from fat face and have been very happy 😊

Quality an selection of items is super
It was easy to select and order items to be collected from my local store. The people in my local store are great! Very helpful. I know that the quality of the items is very good and most times the is fit great.

I love FatFace, have done for years. Great clothes and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Dartmouth FatFace is no exception. Was served by Letitia today and she was extremely helpful, warm & friendly. Another positive shopping experience in FatFace.

Kind, helpful and friendly staff.
Had a rather unfortunate incident when a gull deposited a rather large load all over my top and cardigan! I went into FatFace and the ladies couldn’t have been more kind and helpful to me. Jules & Di offered me hand sanitizer and a plastic bag to put my dirty clothes in, helping me choose a new top and helping me in any way they could. They were so lovely & made a disaster much easier. Great SOH too. Thank you ladies 🤗

Amazing friendly service
On Wednesday 15th January 2026 I went into Fatface in Dartmouth. I was helped by Di who went above and beyond, phoning another store to hold some boots for me. She was warm, not pushy, just genuinely lovely and helpful, and she brightened my day.
Thanks Di and the manager was ready too!
Wish all customer service was like this!

Regularly visit Fatface in Dartmouth - the staff are lovely (especially Kate) and there is always a warm welcome and treat for Barney the border terrier. They’re great!
